Gucci Aspen

This is the best Gucci Store in Colorado - the Denver one is insignificant compared to this. We absolutely love shopping here. Their inventory levels are usually pretty well stocked, and I love that they have a wide selection of items available including clothes and not just accessories and purses. The quality of their items is top notch and I always recommend that my real estate clients who are in town for the weekend check this place out if they are here to shop. 10/10 recommend. There is an Aspen local who works here who has lived here for years and she is the best (I want to say her name is Dana?) Anyways, she's the best sales associate in the store. Exceptional customer service.

Wonderful experience. The manager saw me outside on a snowy morning before the store opened and let me inside, for a private and attentive shopping experience. The treatment was intimate and personal, rather like a local boutique than a luxury global brand. Thank you!

My family and I were greeted immediately upon entering the store. Such a different experience here than in many other locations of this and similar brands. All of us were soaking wet from the rain, and i was wearing the latest Carhartt fashion from Murdochs. The girls tried on shoes, hats and bags. Veronica was incredible. I usually hate these stores but this was an incredible experience.

My wife and I were visiting from out of state. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Vee even though she was assisting another customer. We were also greeted by other employees who offered assistance as we walked throughout the store. Unfortunately, in OTHER stores, we have not been greeted/treated as friendly, where employees were just rude to us for whatever reason. Eventually, Vee was available and offered the friendliest assistance. She was so genuine and personally interested in our (my wife and I) story and reason for visiting Aspen. Because of Vee, I would be happy to make another purchase there should the opportunity present itself. Vee definitely deserves recognition for her outstanding customer care and professionalism. Thank you Vee and other Gucci staff for making our visit to your store so pleasant!

Phenomenal service! I walked in and was greeted with such enthusiasm and a big smile to go along with it. I was offered help right away — asked if I wanted something to drink and if I’m looking for anything in particular. They let me look and try on anything I wanted. I’m the type who doesn’t want to make a purchase if the service is horrible, but they gave me an amazing experience, so I was even more convinced to buy something! When I visit Aspen in the near future, I will definitely return to buy more! I believe the two who helped me were the manager and other is Christiano. Thank you so much for my first amazing experience at Gucci! :)

I have not been in this store but, I called to see if I can come in and exchange and item and the sales rep was amazing. Great customer service. Christiano Labia has been generous enough and has helped me exchange my item without me having to come in (drive is 3 hours from where I live.) He was able to give me several options, and has made the process so convenient and has done anything and everything he can to help me out.

One of the most expensive stores in Aspen but the finest you can spend your money and if you've got it

I came down to Glenwood springs for the weekend and wanted to Check out Aspen and Gucci. The two gentlemen came out to greet me. Conor went above and beyond to make me feel special during my visit. The customer service here is top notch! He spent over an hour showing me around, letting me try on items and was very nice!!! Please give this man a promotion!! I Will be returning very soon! This store is beautiful and run very well! Thank you again Aspen Gucci!

Robyn and Emily provided amazing customer service! My friends and I had the best shopping experience during Gay Aspen Ski Week. Our purchased items were put in a rainbow shopping bag....such a cute touch. Corey, the manager has such a great staff. He made sure my friends and I had a great shopping experience. I went here looking for a wallet several months ago. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They didn't have the wallet style I was looking for. But very impressed with their service though.

There's something for everyone. Even window shopping gives you a thrill, going inside feels right, and when you purchase a new Gucci bag your on top of the world.

Looove this store. They carry limited items and can order custom right from this location. The employees are so friendly and helpful, they even carry all your bags to your car.
