Staff aren't just professional and pleasant, they are genuinely friendly. One of the things I've appreciated is that they are able to quickly get an estimate for the cost of a procedure AND what the patient's out-of-pocket will be. Today, I don't have to worry about that so much, but it hasn't always been that way, and I very much appreciate that they allow customers to make informed healthcare choices.

The care I've experienced in the back has been skilled and thoughtful. I'll be honest: I mostly just see the hygienists, who are quick, kind, and have a light touch that my gums appreciate. But on those rare occasions when I need a procedure done, the doctors are engaged and forthcoming with explanations. I appreciate how they talk their way through their work so I know what's happening in my mouth. Another thing is that when there is flexibility in the schedule, the medical staff can flex to get a quick procedure in. For example, just the other day, I was getting a cleaning, and the doctor found a tiny spot of decay that was beginning to penetrate one of my molars. They had another chair open, and when I was done with the cleaning, I immediately stepped into another operatory and they drilled and filled the tooth in about ten minutes. As a dad of two kiddos, an engaged resident of our community, and a professional with an overflowing calendar, I appreciated getting that filling done rather than taking all the time to return another day. And, my tooth didn't decay any further! And, yes...the front office ran an estimate of the procedure.

Bottom line: Pleasant experience + highly skilled care + transparent billing = very satisfied customer. :-)

I am from out of state and lost a filling and broke my tooth last Friday evening. I called several dentists on Monday morning but no one could help. I called Dental Health and from the moment I got someone on phone they were so helpful. Set me up for an appointment the next day. All the staff was great. They fixed my tooth. It was a great experience.

Going to the dentist is not one of my favorite things. This was my first visit to Dental Health since the new doctors took over. The professionals were very thorough and included my input in my care. The office staff treated me like family and we’re all involved in my visit. I left with a big smile on my face and no pain! I highly recommend Dental Health PC for your dental care.

Who likes going to the dentist? Not me! I let Dr Matt and the staff know I was nervous and anxious. Dr Matt and the entire staff made me feel very comfortable. They all took the time to listen and understand my situation. I highly recommend this office.

Easily the best dentistry experience I have ever had. Dental Health PC is the first practice I was able to choose myself as an adult using work related dental benefits and I couldn't be happier.

The office staff are friendly and do an amazing job with scheduling and explaining details of insurance coverage and billing. The medical staff are professional and actually engage in patient care, this is not something to be taken lightly in our overstretched Healthcare system.

The whole staff is nice and friendly. They explained things well and I felt well taken care of and was often asked for any questions and/or concerns I had. The level of care and treatment also seems great and trustworthy.
I was able to get appointments relatively quickly and when showing up for appointments the wait times have been very fast.
Honestly very pleased with the whole experience which is something I wasn't expecting to say about a dentist appointment.

They got me in super fast even though I wasn't an established patient. They were extremely helpful and nice. I'm hard to numb but the dentist took his time and made it as painless as possible. A+ all the way around.

My daughter was injured at the aquatic center nearby, a piece of her front tooth cracking off. This office was the first place I called based on reviews and they were absolutely amazing! They fit us in as soon as we arrived, soothed my daughters upset and anxiety over what happened. She left with her tooth looking back to normal and a wonderfully positive dental experience out of this unexpected trauma. Hands down the best dental staff I’ve ever encountered. The staff is so kind and so patient, I cannot express this enough and if we were locals, this would be our new office for life. Thank you all!

I was so anxious going in there but I left feeling so sure I had made the right choice! E drone was so helpful in reassuring me that my dental care was no problem although due to my own fault I now need a lot of attention. Wonderful compassionate staff! Although the drive was long. I absolutely love this facility and all of the professionals I have interacted with. They are welcoming and willing to assist with any questions or concerns. Dr. Kendall and Dr. Matt are so knowledgeable and comforting while they are working. I highly recommend visiting and scheduling with Dental Health! And they have two locations, which makes it really easy to schedule!

Been coming here for about 17 years and I will continue coming here as long as i can! Just got my wisdom teeth out and they did great. Staff are all amazing; they are super nice and professional.

I’m visiting from out of town and my new crown popped off! I needed an appointment pronto but didn't have a dentist locally. An acquaintance recommended Dr Wood. His front desk staff-Diane-was kind and helpful and efficient and got me in the following morning. Dr Wood was also kind and efficient, but also very good at his work. I know, because I’m 64 and I have 4 crowns in my mouth. I’ve had plenty of dental work experience. Within about 45 minutes, I walked out of Dr Wood’s office with no more pain, my crown securely attached, and very satisfied with my experience. I felt the cost was quite reasonable.

Dr. Wood and Schapper have taken care of my teeth for 22 years and they’ve done a great job. They’ve always used the latest technologies and are very accurate with them. All my fillings, caps and implants have felt, looked and worked great. The Implant doctor Wood did for my front tooth had a very narrow amount bone to drill into but his proficiency prevailed because I’ve never had a problem and it still looks great. The dental hygienists are very good too!

Always feel like I get the best of care! This office always has the latest technology and the it's employees and the Dentists are top notch. My whole family in Corvallis calls them "our Dentist's Office".
