I’ve had an amazing experience with this storage unit. Brenn that works in the office is one of the best workers I’ve ever experienced in my whole life. If I could give 10 stars I would. She’s got that dog in her. Best storage unit facility in America. Maybe even the world

My sister and I have been storing my mother's furniture at Northwest Self Storage for six years. The units are spacious, the rates are great, the employees are awesome and they care about their customers and what they store there. We highly recommend using Northwest Self Storage, they have been awesome to work with.

Whenever I would call the facility, Anthony was always kind and courteous and answered any question I would have about policy or payments. He is a great asset to the company. Anytime, I will need storage in the future I would return to this one!!!

The reservation and rental process was fast and convenient. I found the unit clean upon arrival. Brenn was very helpful by directing me how to open the gate and informing about the site.

I started renting a unit a couple of months ago and Anthony has always been super helpful and his kindness is certainly one to brighten your day!

Anthony does a great job, even in the snowstorm he was happy to hop in his cart and come help me troubleshoot some issues I had. Super accommodating and nice.

Clean units helpful staff. Had a miscommunication with the reservation unit number and unit on the lease so make sure you double check the email and the lease to ensure you have the correct information.

I will be working in Corvallis in the next coming months and was shopping around for a place to store my things in the interim. Had to leave messages at other places but Anthony answered right away! His demeanor, candor, and willingness to answer all of my questions (and he even came up with things I hadn't thought of!) showed me what Customer Service really is. Hopefully another compan won't steal him away from NSS as I look forward to meeting him in person and doing business with him.

Every time I call in, Anthony always picks up and he provides the best customer service! He is very helpful when I call in and need things. I highly recommend renting a storage space here, Anthony will take good care of you!

There was a problem where someone had taken the unit I rented and Anthony was extremely helpful in getting the issue fixed for me.

Anthony is the manager. He calleed me right after i got off the phone with someone else that rented me storage. I still had questions so he really helped. They sell locks so don't worry. Great customer service!!

I'm new to storing things. Anthony in the office was the happiest person I met on a long day trying to move. Magically he appeared with a bottle of water right as I was complaining on the phone that I was thirsty. NW Self storage exceeded my expectation!!!
