This lady is awesome and deserves kudos! I feel i could ask her anything and she would take as long as she needed to explain. She's very kind, extremely caring and her natural way she has of putting people at ease makes her a very valuable asset. The medical field could use armies of folks just likely her.

Most amazing, wonderful doctor!! Lisa Araneta, and the sweetest, kindest staff! EVERYONE was incredible!! One of the best experiences I've ever had in a medical setting. They are professional but also warm and caring, I can't say enough good about my experience!

Doctor Mary Reed was very knowledgeable and helped me understand my health issues.
She is also very personable. I felt very comfortable talking with her.

I had such a great experience here today! From the desk, to the nurses and Dr. Jonathan Hattenhauer! A colonoscopy is not something anyone wants to do. I was very nervous. But I was so set at ease by the nurses and the doc. I appreciated it so much I just had to leave a review! Thanks crew for being kind, compassionate and caring!

I accompany my dad to all of his appointments due to his advanced Alzheimer’s disease.
I was quite pleased with the level of kind patience Mallory, PA gave my father when he was trying to explain his medical circumstances.
I particularly appreciated the manner in which she used graphics and models to help my dad understand his current physical condition.
I believe I can say Mallory exemplifies the very same attitude nearly all employees and medical caregivers offer all their patients.
I changed health insurers this year specifically so I could remain in the Samaritan system of healthcare providers.
I thought this was one of my dad’s most enjoyable interactions with a provider, although everyone has been fabulous within Samaritan.

I appreciate how caring Mary Reed is. She is very respectful of your feelings and meets you where you are at. I went in terrified and she helped to calm my nerves by making the things I was most scared of seem common, and we discussed it. She does really good explaining things on my level. The staff are kind and also efficient with any papers you may need to sign.

Mary Reed was personable, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She suggested several over-the-counter resources for me to try based on her own experience. In addition, if nothing else worked, she recommended a prescription solution. I felt seen, heard, and supported.

My visit took place at the schedule time. The medical assistant was pleasant and got here tests done in a timely manner. Dena came in and was very thorough and truly interested in my health problems. I missed a call from the office and wasnt able to get the memo about the first doctor being on call, totally my fault and they were able to fit me in with another provider later in the afternoon...on the same day!
Dr. Reed was on time, professional and put me immediately at ease. As someone with an inherited cancer predisposition, I need GI surveillance yearly and will for the rest of my life. It makes me feel secure after 1 visit to give the clinic 5 stars based on their stellar customer service all around today.

My Uncle has Doctor anxiety and loved the eye contact she gave. He really felt good after the visit and excited to figure out his issues. The entire staff was just pleasant and caring .

Dr. Reed pays attention to me as a patient, she remembers my medical and personal history, and has full recall of past medical related discussions. She answers questions thoroughly and responds to any medical issues presented to her. I feel fortunate to have her as one of my providers.

I was very impressed with Dana. She was very helpful and friendly. I do wish the telemedicine device that’s used was more updated. The connection was not clear, there was pausing during our conversation which made it difficult to hear and understand. I get better quality from FaceTime.
