My experience at North Point Dental Groups has been amazing so far! I called three dentist offices before here. North Point Dental Group was the only office that asked me if I had any concerns on my teeth before hanging up the phone. I called and got in on the same day for my first visit.

Plus, everyone at the office is so friendly! Everyone knows you by your name and face right away. The doctors and assistants really go through the details with you thoroughly. They respect your choices and try to save your teeth as long as possible!

We just started coming to this office and what a great experience it has been already. The front staff is kind and friendly, we’ve had great experiences with the dental hygienists and assistants, and how refreshing it was that the caring dentist spent so much quality time getting to know me as a his patient. The North Point Dental Group is wonderful! It’s the perfect mix of good dentistry, kindness, and communication. Mark Swensen has had a proactive approach with my dental needs, and that has proven to be beneficial. My hygienist Lisa Fitz is so knowledgeable, thorough, and gentle when she cleans my teeth. I have been with North Point since 2015, and haven’t looked back since.

Mark Swensen's dental office must be the best in Oregon. Today Dr Swensen saved me $1500 as the work he thought he was going to have to do on a tooth was not necessary after all. Once he got into the tooth, he could see that he could fix the tooth for 250$. He did everything today, I was able to cancel the second appointment. and take the 1500$ to Hawaii (just kidding about that part). This is not the first time Dr Swensen has demonstrated to me that he is a person of integrity. I'd trust him with my life and feel very lucky to have him as my dentist. Also, the entire front desk staff and the hygenists I have had have been wonderful. What more can one with for in a dental office. Thanks to everyone.

I have had a lot of dental work over the years, from five different dental offices. North Point Dental Group provides the best care I’ve ever had. This place is excellent all around: reception desk to billing to “in the chair” dental work. It is clean, bright, and friendly. They use new technologies to be as fast and efficient as possible, but they always have enough time to listen, explain, ask and answer questions.

Yes, the novocaine shots still hurt. But for my recent dental work, they went out of their way to make sure I was as comfortable as possible, checking with me repeatedly during procedures to make sure I was all right.

They focus on the immediate, but offer tooth-by-tooth prognoses for the long term as well.

I feel fortunate to have found North Point Dental.

I had a great experience with Dr Swensen and his assistant, Jess. I had some work done on one of my teeth yesterday and really didn't know what to expect. The process was virtually painless. Dr Swensen and his assistant worked so well together in making everything go smooth and as comfortable as possible. I was really impressed. Highly recommend.

I enthusiastically recommend North Point Dental. Dr. Haslam is excellent - He's very responsive to questions and concerns and does really spectacular cosmetic dentistry. Even after I moved across the country, I have returned years later to see Dr. Haslam. The support staff is great too and have squeezed me in for last minute appointments frequently.

Highly recommend! The office staff, dental assistants, hygienists, and Doctors are all trustworthy, kind, professional, friendly, and comforting. Dr. Haslam has been my dentist for about three years, and has completely corrected and healed dental work from previous dentists. Before North Point, I dealt with dental trauma (ouch), and now I don’t even worry when I’m at the dentist because I know I’m in good hands. I can't say enough about my care at North Point Dental Group. Dr. Haslam and his staff are outstanding and professional -- all delivered with a smile. You are immediately put at ease. He is a good listener, assesses your specific dental situation and gives you choices for your care. In my case I had an emergency with broken teeth and was taken in within the hour for treatment. Within the next day I had a temporary in place. I can't thank them enough for the first rate care and friendly professional service.

I've been receiving my dental work at North Point for over a year now, and I'm continuously impressed with their quality of work. Most recently, my wife and I visited with our 11 month old son so that she could get an exam, and I was hoping to schedule an appointment for myself. They were able to get me in immediately for the appointment (which was time-sensitive) and offered to watch our son while they did the work! The staff are super friendly, helpful, and professional in their interactions.

My last dentist experience was not good, so I went to this new dentist with trepidation. From the intial checkin until I left, the whole experience was surprisingly pleasant. The staff were all very friendly and the dentist, Dr Haslam, was very polite and thorough. I appreciated the detailed explanation of everything that was going on and I never felt like I was being rushed. I would recommend North Point to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Amazing , professional staff that is friendly and cares. Dr. Haslan is the best dentist I have experienced in 40 years!

I am a new patient at North Point Dental. I appreciate their payment program! More importantly, I appreciate how kind and professional the staff is. Dr. Haslam took all the time needed to review my dental health with me. I needed a cleaning, and they offered me a same-day cancellation spot! I needed a crown, and was amazed that after the whole crown prep experience, I felt completely normal and comfortable as soon as the anesthetic wore off - no sore jaw, cheeks or teeth! I’m so thankful my good friend recommended North Point Dental, they are the best!

Dr. Haslam has done a wonderful job restoring my all-important two front teeth, which were literally falling apart and affecting my smile in a big way. I now feel more confident about my teeth and my smile. Also, he and the other staff at North Point Dental have been nothing but kind and compassionate in dealing with my dental trauma, which has been so helpful as I hate going to the dentist!
