U-Haul Storage of Corvallis

Rented 26 ft. Supermover truck from Southern California to Northwestern Oregon and had an excellent, no problems experience with the personal, their service and the vehicle. Very friendly and helpful U-Haul Service center staff and U-Haul Dealer staff (Truck pick up). Vehicle was new, clean and performed above my expectations, no negative items to report. Return was quick and easy. Everything went smoothly and will be doing it again in late Spring.

This U haul is awesome. Brent and Charlie, and everyone that works there, keep this place looking sharp and organized. I'd like to think I help contribute to that positive appearance, as I am worker of Graham Landscaping and Design, and do routine maintenance for this beautiful facility. I've talked to Charlie, whom was so receptive and friendly. Anyone there is welcome to approach me with idea or concerns they may have. Thanks for working with us U haul!

The manager was very helpful. He helped me fix an unrelated problem with my brake light wiring when installing a trailer brake controller. Would definitely recommend in the future.

Corvallis Uhaul is absolutely fantastic. The large moving truck was ready on time, and fit everything as expected. I even had to grab a pickup for the next day and the GMC pickups are smooth and easy to drive, have a fantastic amount of room and tie downs. The controls for their trucks work well and the contract is email friendly!

Got 1 month of free storage here and the staff made it nothing but smooth sailing. The facility was really clean and my stuff was safe.

We rented a trailer to move from one house to another. They were fantastic. We booked it online. Came in and it was ready to go. We got a new ball to tow with and we were on our way. Drop off was just as easy and fast. Everyone is very nice and helpful.

Excellent service! First thing in the morning, Becky was pleasant and knowledgeable, she listened to my needs and solved my problem quickly and efficiently. Late morning, Trevor proved superior service is the normal standard of business and listened to my concerns. He secured a possible rental for me and provided an even better solution to my immediate problem- involving towing hardware- with remarkable ease, allowing me to address the issue myself. Mid-afternoon, Eric took my call and graciously accepted my cancellation, offering further alternatives should I have any other needs. In all, the U-haul on 5th Street has the highest marks in service and in customer care- and a very tidy lot / operation set up to boot~! Nicely done, team!

Best price boxes and moving supplies in the Albany / Corvallis area! You can buy bundles of moving boxes, and return any unused ones (for a refund). Much cheaper than anywhere else, and good quality. It's usually quiet on weekdays, but expect it to be busy on a weekend.

I rented a 10' truck today and a 26' truck last weekend for my local Corvallis move, and inquired about a trailer hitch for my car. Between phone calls and two visits I spoke with several people and was totally satisfied with the quality of service.

I didn't bother to read the reviews because I've had good service at U-Hauls elsewhere. When I used my phone to navigate back there tonight (to return a truck) and saw the old reviews I had to post this - my experience was nothing like those older reviews, it was absolutely good, all around, no caveats.

I refilled my 20lb cylinder with 4.5gals for $17.75. I noticed their Blue Rhino exchange cage was resupplied. Virtually everybody else's cylinder exchange in town is out of stock after the July 4 holidays... but maybe it's because they're charging $24 to exchange, while Winco is charging ~$18.

I booked a moving truck a few days ahead of time. Pickup was fast and efficient. I filled the tank before returning. Return was efficient as well. It took 5 minutes for them to look at the interior, exterior and check miles/gas. I will rent again. ToneTip.com.

The experience was as expected. I checked out a moving van ahead of time, arrived at the place to get the keys and confirm ID, used the van, and returned it after hours via the website. I would take the extra few minutes to make an account with them to make the whole process faster.

Pierce Woods was so incredibly helpful. Efficient, cost effective and very friendly customer service. He set everything up for us. I would travel out of my way to use this U-haul site because they were so great to work with.

I rarely leave reviews, but the manager(owner?) here deserved it. He went out of his way to save us a 30 minute drive to pick up a truck in another town. Really appreciated the great customer service.
