Cannot recommend highly enough. Super friendly staff with zero pushy sales tactics. Got a good deal on a vehicle with low mileage. Unfortunately, after buying, I discovered the cd player didn't work. When I notified them, Jeremy went out of his way to get it replaced. I was very impressed with how it was handled. While we were there, my father asked if they were interested in buying his truck. 15 minutes later, they cut him a check for significantly more than what Carmax had offered him. Needless to say my father and I are both very happy with our experience at Beaver State Auto Sales.

Good place to find quality used car.

I was looking for a Jeep Wrangler and had gone to a big dealership. Surprise surprise I was instantly put off by the vast difference between the advertised price and what they actually try to charge you (the best was a bogus $940 for "government fees"). Saw a nice looking Jeep with low miles advertised at Beaver State Auto so I drove to Albany to check it out. No pressure. No hassle. Jeremy was down to earth, totally chill, and pleasant to talk to. At no time did my B.S. detector go off. He offered me a good deal on my trade in (The fancy pants dealership had lowballed me saying it's hard to sell a convertible. Pffft!). And no surprise fees, yay! Jeremy really made this the most smooth and pleasant experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. This is a small, family owned business run by nice people and I highly recommend them.

Beaver State auto is amazing! I found the exact truck I was looking for and at the right price also. Jeremy Venters was very nice and helpful. He hand delivered the paperwork to the credit union and even drove the truck home for me. The whole experience was pleasant and simple. I love my new truck and couldn’t be any happier! I highly recommend This car lot to anyone looking for a great used vehicle. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

What a car buying experience!
Stop in to ask a few questions about a Jeep and got a 45 minute education on years models and options.... Keith has a true passion for automobiles... and great knowledge that if you ask questions he just gives non bias opinion mixed with a lifetime of knowledge...
Never once pushed or even attempted to hard sell .... in fact ... quite the opposite... never even ask for the sale just happy to educate an uneducated wanna be jeep buyer...
a week later stopped back in after research on a lot of jeep sites ( and there’s alot of them ) and he was still happy to continue educating me ... a day or so later my wife spotted one he had on the lot and we went in and “ took a look “ we loved it and could hardly hide our excitement... a 2006 wrangler TJ ... We bought her her name is Storm ... Talk about customer service.... he insisted on fixing the couple little things I noticed on test drive ..... Everything ... Completely.... Fixed ... our new ride was a beautiful 76k mile shining star .... well cared for complete with a warranty and carfax and a “best buy “ on car guru ... we couldn’t have been happier and thought wow ... what a great car buying experience....
A few days later stopped in for a quick question and there was a paintless dent removal guy masterfully fixing a door ding on a vehicle on the lot ... I had noticed a small dimple in my hood and asked him if I could have him fix it when he was done or make an appointment... he said no problem $75 bucks ... Sounded fair to me.... I patiently waited till he was done and when he was finished and went to pay him ... he informed me keith had taken care of it !!!
Wow again!!
Fast forward 2 months...
I notice a small exhaust leak and call Keith just to ask his opinion and advise on where to take storm .... he tells me to swing by and let him take a “look “ ....
Well 1 1/2 hours later upon him insisting on replacing a bolt that has fallen out of the connection from manifold to exhaust pipe ... he makes a trip to the store buys a locknut and new bolt insisting its his pleasure to fix it ...
I’m not only a satisfied customer but am absolutely amazed to find such an honest and pleasurable family business in todays world!
I’m sorry this review is so long but I’m that thankful for having stopped in to “ask “ you a Jeep question on my life’s journey!
