What a great dealership.

My wife and I originally ordered a Maverick Hybrid back in spring of 2022 Bob (their salesman) knowing Ford was experiencing supply issues on the hybrids. But it finally arrived and we picked it up yesterday.

The level of service we encountered through this process was amazing.
From our original salesman Bob (who has retired during the time) to Dustin the salesman that took over and Dave who took over when Dustin wasn’t able to be there and Jon the finance guy.
We received a fair amount for our trade and they made the pickup process easy to just sit down sign the paperwork write a check.

Hopefully I won’t need another vehicle soon but when I do Wilson Motors will be the first place I check.

You are truly one of the last independent auto dealers in the valley and well worth the drive from Eugene.

My experience was fantastic! The process was very easy, especially for a holiday week.They even let me drive it around for an hour to see if I really liked it. Their lot is not a high pressure sales lot, which I appreciated a lot! The salesman and finance guy were very knowledgeable and friendly.

I have been waiting for a Bronco for 16 months and ordered one from Wilson Ford (bi-passing a closer Dealer). The wait due to Ford Issues has been tough for everyone but working with my Salesman Codi and Wilson Ford in general has made the wait easier. So I ordered a new Ford Ranger Tremor also through Codi and it was delivered in just over 3 months. The truck was very well prepared for delivery. Codi was knowledgeable about the truck. Paper work was a breeze. No pressure and great communication. All promises kept. I could not be happier. The Bronco is still on order and I have no doubt that Codi and Wilson Ford will treat me right on that purchase as well. Now I am keeping the parts department busy with accessory purchasers. I always have a positive experience at Wilson Motors, they are very quick at getting me scheduled and extremely thorough and efficient in the service they provide. There is a Ford Dealership just down the road from my house but I will continue to make the drive to Wilson Motors because of their great customer service and understanding for the customers needs.

My experience with Wilson Ford was fantastic! I ordered a 2023 Bronco and I knew it would to take a while to receive as the demand was huge. They kept their promise to sell to me at the msrp price where as many other dealerships were adding huge price increases above msrp. My salesman Dustin kept me updated all along the process. He was fantastic! All the staff there has been extremely friendly and helpful. Even though I have ford dealerships closer to me I would definitely go back to Wilson Ford in the future! I would highly recommend them! I love my new Bronco!

We purchased a used Chevy Tahoe from Wilson motors. We worked with Mike Dean and he made it so easy. We traveled several hours to their dealership and from the moment I inquired about their vehicle he was quick to respond and he followed up but wasn’t pushy. Brought my car in for regular service, despite it taking longer than initially expected. The work was completed well and the car still runs great. The staff were also very nice despite me goofing up my phone number.
