Firestarter Bar and Grill

Just the kind of bar I absolutely love! The food was really great and the service was fantastic! This bar would be my go to place if I still lived in Washington..

It was a gorgeous day, we have two dogs, we were really hungry, and we wanted to stay close to home in Kent. We found a perfect solution at Fire Starter Bar and Grill.

We each had the half sandwich and soup combo. I had The Dragon sandwich with the French Onion Soup. The soup was amazing! Really, I have been searching for 50 years for a French Onion Soup to measure up to my standard of perfection. Finally!!

Debbie, or server, was amazing. She brought water for the dogs, turned the music on outside, and helped us get settled.

My boyfriend said I'm a little over the top, but I stand by my opinion.

This little bar & grill near my house was perfect to grab some food when I had family in town. The crispy chicken sandwich was delicious and fries were on par. I came expecting bar food and was still pleasantly surprised!

Service was prompt and attentive, and the atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect from a bar like this. Lots of TVs with sports as well as a variety of stuff on the TVs in each booth.

Highly recommend!

Came for the pinball machine, stayed for the great times, delish food, and fun atmosphere. Staff is so wonderful! Big patio, trivia on weds, karaoke on tues sat and sun, I could go on lol, wonderful sports bar gem in Kent. 😻

What a fun place! We went to Karaoke (on a Sunday night). We had a blast! The food was good, the drinks were good, the entertainment was really fun. It didn't matter if you were an ok or great singer, there was no judging. Although I had never been there before, it was obvious that everyone else were regulars, and they were very welcoming. I can't wait to go back

Food was good, especially loved the mozzarella sticks. Burgers were overcooked but still hit the spot. Great place for game day.

Always a good time at the Firestarter!! This is my neighborhood bar and I couldn't have a better place to call my spot. The food is always phenomenal! The chicken sandwich, burgers, waffle fries, breakfasts... ALL AMAZING!
Then there's the people. Amazing owner, bartenders, cooks, and patrons. The vibe here is the best. I try to make it in during Seahawks games, and it's a great place to watch sports. (So many TVs!)
You really can't go wrong going to the Firestater. Great food, people, drink selection, and overall vibe!

My wife and I got up from Olympia for breakfast dates. Couple days ago when we visited the place was fairly busy but the kitchen got our orders to us within 20 minutes of us showing up. Kudos 🫵🏻🤘🏻

Loved everything about it! Bomb wings, drinks, and sandwiches. Hailey was such a great bartender and recommended awesome food; super customer service! New to the area and will be back!

Late lunch, had wings "naked" w/sweet & spicy sauce on the side & tots. BEST WINGS I have had in a very long time! Crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside w/just the right amount of heat! They have Pub Trivia & karaoke on different nights so I plan to go some evening. Seems like a local place to hang out for good food & drinks.

Best breakfast you can get for the price. Stuffed hash are to die for. Came back for dinner and wasnt disappointed with anything I have ordered! My girlfriend got the morning special for pineapple ribs and baked beans. The service is great too

The wife and I have been going to this establishment since the day it began, and I never had a complaint.

My o my ... I craved pancakes over 2months ..then I decided to Google pancakes near me... just a block away my house and came in and ordered...I ate the most delicious pancakes😊😊. Phenomenal food, strong drinks and great service. Went late night on a Saturday and they were packed and busy with karaoke but our bartender/server was amazing and took care of everything we needed, somehow in a timely manner, as well. Very impressed. If you go, you must try their Irish Nachos. I will be back, solely for those!

We love this place. Great neighborhood bar and grill. The staff is always friendly and their breakfasts are great! Good value for your dollar.

Iced drinks were cold, hot wings were hot.

The Firestarter is a quaint, unassuming spot in a strip mall setting. But what it lacks in size, it makes up for in character... the bartenders and servers are extremely polite and attentive, and the dive bar vibe attracts a healthy number of regulars. Recently going there for the first time, I was shocked to find out that well drinks before 6 pm were only $3! I haven't tried the food, but I've heard it's awesome. Definitely going back!

Excellent service, food, and strong drinks. The way bars used to be. The wings we ordered were hot ,and very good just naked. The 1/2 pound burger was very juicy ,and bun didn't fall apart. We will definitely go back,especially on Thursdays, when they have food, and drink specials.
