Best Western Plus Prairie Inn

We were visiting from out of town and everything was wonderful. Enjoyed all of the little extras such as the soup in the afternoon with the cookies and cupcakes. The staff were excellent and very attentive to any need you had. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. Very well stocked with many choices. Piping hot and very clean. Since it was cold during our stay the coffee/cocoa machine was great too. Can’t say enough great things.

For the price (150ish), this place is great!! Absolutely wonderful breakfast spread with everything any adult or child could want or need. The pool and hot tub were closed for service, but both looked nice. The lobby also sells an array of drinks and snacks, including ice cream. The gym is small, but they have all the essentials, including free weights, 5-50lb. Clean, cozy atmosphere and very nice staff!
Overall, it was a great find, and we will be back on our next adventure south.

Stay here if you’re in Albany or just passing through. We stayed here the last night of a long road trip, and what a treat it was. From the festive holiday displays to the big bowl of dog treats in the lobby to the clean and comfortable room, my hubby, our two dogs, and I had a lovely visit. During dinner time, there was a big, warmed tureen of delicious clam chowder soup that was served with homemade bran muffins — this was so helpful considering there really aren’t any restaurants nearby. We all slept comfortably, and were greeted by the most fantastic “breakfast included” options I’ve ever seen! From the coffee to the locally sourced yogurt to the hot options (fresh made hash browns, REAL scrambled eggs, fresh biscuits, scratch made gravy, and a selection of sausage and perfectly crisp bacon — and make your own waffles, of course), I was impressed. I also was thrilled to find perfectly made STEEL CUT OATMEAL instead of the gooey, over-cooked rolled oats that are served at other establishments. SERIOUSLY. STAY HERE. You will not be disappointed. I can’t wait for our next road trip so we can stay here again. We WILL be back!

I have stayed at a lot of hotels, but never one with heart. From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail makes it clear that the staff here genuinely care. This is more than just a hotel to them.

My kids were greeted and listened to. The entire facility is clean and well maintained. The pool was clear, cold and perfectly treated (it's not over-chlorinated).

Breakfast spread is large, hot, and well thought through. Even the 24/7 coffee machine in the lobby was clean, simple and high quality.

I saw the staff watering and caring for the plants, putting dog treats and dog bags in the lobby and every conversation has been upbeat, happy and shows the staff's passion.

The atmosphere is comfortable. Not elite nor grumpy. I was comfortable hanging out in the lobby with my kids without feeling like a hindrance or bother.

Thanks for finishing off our vacation in style!

The absolute only complaint that I have is that the road to the hotel is dark and hard to see coming from the main road so it would be very helpful if there was a lighted sign marking the road that leads to the hotel. The staff was outstanding especially the front desk lady(pictured below with my dog) that dressed up as something different every day for Halloween. They even served soup for a complimentary dinner for autumn the entire month of October. As a travel nurse I frequent many hotels and I will definitely come back when I am here. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. ❤

Nice convenient location and nice clean room. The young man who checked me in early evening 1/18 and the young lady at the front desk who checked me out 1/19 are absolutely amazing, welcoming, warm, and friendly. This Best Western is definitely recommended.

I really like your hotel. Great service and the rooms are really nice. Great mattress, really comfortable.
I come down that way pretty often so I will definetly stay again.

We stayed here in the Best Western Plus Prairie Inn in Albany, Oregon for 4 days during the Linn County Fair. The rooms were clean, well kept and easy to get to. I was in a wheelchair and their tile floor was a blessing. Rolling around on carpet is way harder than wheeling around on tile. The staff bent over backwards for us and the continental breakfast was always full and hot when it needed to be. There is a pool, small but it still was a pool. The rooms were quiet and very close to the Albany Fairgrounds. I will book here next year during fair week for sure.

The rooms were clean and well kept and staff was friendly. But the best part was the woman who took care of the morning breakfast. Her name was Shirley, the way she treated the kids and everyone else was excellent. We left there with a smile on our faces to start our long trip home.

Close to the Expo Center where the wrestling event was held. Worked out great for us. Nice hotel to stay at.

What a great surprise to discover this outstanding hotel off I-5 in Albany, OR! Everything was top-notch, the service, the room, and even the breakfast (not even close to what most hotels offer). The cleanest possible rooms with comfortable beds, high-quality supplies, Keurig coffee machine, snow white linens and towels (!). A sanitized TV remote! (I've never seen it before). And back to the breakfast: the outstanding quality and variety of foods. And the price is very reasonable for how much you get.

Very clean with lots of amenities! I loved the Nescafé machine, it had so many options that all tasted amazing. They had a free stew out at dinner time, which I’ve never seen before! They also had cookies out at all times and the best free breakfast I’ve ever seen. My teenagers stayed in the pool and ran a muck far past 10 PM, but the front desk lady was really sweet about it. The morning ladies were kind too. The bed was soooo comfy. Overall great experience and great price!

We recently stayed at your facility and had an excellent visit. By far our favorite time was our breakfast, not only was the food super but, Shirley was so fun and shared great stories with us. We will stay here again just to enjoy more time with our super server Shirley. Great room, front desk very helpful, nice swimming pool and GREAT breakfast choices.

From the moment I called to book the reservation the staff have been nothing but AMAZING! We were able to check in early which was SO helpful traveling with our dog and son. Our room was clean and cozy. Cookies and soup in the lobby in the evening, dog treats, baggies and a toy chest for kids at the front desk. The breakfast was delicious! Waffles, biscuits and gravy, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal station, yougurt, juice and fresh fruit! SUCH an amazing experience!!!

Rooms are the perfect size for a family of 4, the place is clean, our room was next to the stairs and the noise was minimal room are well isolated. The gym is accessible. Breakfast you have great variety and the cook she is so sweet and gentle her food is delicious. The hotel is in easy access from and to the highway. Thank you so much for hosting us.

My son and I were in town for a family member's funeral, and the hotel staff made a hard time a little bit easier. Thank you!
