Great sandwiches and great people. Their cookies are sold around town, but you should buy them here directly. They also have excellent pies year-round and during the holidays. Be sure to come on a Tuesday and get a hot stuffed sandwich.

Hi, I had an amazing experience with this wonderful non profit bakery!! Cat the sweet manager was extremely helpful. I called at 10:30am and asked her if she could possibly make me a sheet cake for 5 people that was completely sugar free. It was for my triplets 21st birthday and I needed it that afternoon by 4pm. It was a huge ask and I was just assuming that she was unable to do it because I wasn’t giving her much time. She works with the developmentally disabled and she didn’t have the ingredients to make the sugar free and couldn’t leave the bakery. I absolutely understood. I asked her if my fiancé could possibly go to the store for her and bring her the ingredients. She said yes! And so she happily made our cake! And it was absolutely gorgeous and tasted amazing!!!! This was a very special birthday because yes it was their 21st, but I had lost one of my triplets in a DUII wreck where she was killed in 2019 and I wanted to make sure that this was a special birthday for my other 2 girls Angie & Nicole. I love them so very much! Thank you Cat and crew for your exemplary customer service and absolutely amazing tasting cake!!! I will be coming back to you for sure!! Hugs to you!! If I could give you more than 5 stars I would!! ALBANY... SUPPORT AND GIVE THIS BUSINESS A TRY. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

I had the best experience here a couple of weeks ago. I came into Corvallis for a final exam, and having seen excellent reviews for Taylor Street Ovens, I decided to check it out for a meal before the big test. Not only where the staff and the lady who knew the bells and whistles of the place the friendliest I've ever met at a business (I come from a town where people are already quite friendly too!), the lady in charge asked if I wanted to offer any suggestions to a salad she was making for the day. She also said that she hadn't recognized me, and asked if I had ever visited the bakery. When I said no, but it had been highly recommended, she said "well, when you are done with your meal, come on up and tell me what your favorite cookie is". She ended up giving me two for free at the end of my lunch, and these are NOT small cookies (and absolutely delicious!).

For a lunch under 7 dollars, I got to feel welcome and have some excellent soup and a sandwich on their bakery made bread with more fixings than I recall subway having several years ago.

I am looking forward to moving to Corvallis!

(I also got a 100% on my engineering final after that lunch ;) )

Stopped in with my out of state family. Stopped into have a delicious cup of coffee and a snack. The marionberry pie was the most delicious piece of pie I've had in years. We bought 2 slices to have with coffee and beverages. But went back and bought the rest of the pie. The shortbread cookies were also very tasty (bought several kinds). Will be going back at every chance I get.

Great quick lunch place. Very tasty sandwiches, soup, salads, and yummy cookies and muffins. Nice atmosphere and perfect for a quick, simple, delicious bite to eat.

I cant say enough good. The staff...the food...the cookies...now the individual pies.....they are the reason I will never again be thin. LOL

I use their catering service all the time for work...always delicious....the price is good...the quantity is good....go see them for yourself!!!

Wonderful people working here!!!! They have a huge array of sandwich combos, they got soups and they have delicious bakery goods that I plan to be a regular here yum 😋 yum

The best chocolate chip cookies! I had the chef's salad and it was yummy! But it's the people that make this restaurant special!!

Great food. I like that they have allot of disabile adults that works for them. I love working there. They are bery nice understanding people that works there.
