Kam with Bertsch Moving and Storage is a gem! I have never met anyone so invested in their clients experience in the moving process. She makes the most stressful situations and moves, less stressful. She is kind, caring and does an amazing job! I can't recommend Kam at Bertsch Moving and Storage enough!

My daughter moved out of her apartment after she graduated from The University Of Oregon and all of her belongings were picked up and safely shipped back to California. I would highly recommend to all of the out-of-state parents especially California to use this moving company.

I was very impressed by Kam who came over and inventoried everything that we were moving and gave us a very fair price. The crew that showed up to pick everything up could not have been more professional. And when her belongings were delivered in California everything was absolutely pristine. This is a top rate company.
I would recommend to everyone who has a student at the University of Oregon to use them.

We had a great experience using this company. When I spoke with the office about my move, I spoke with a lady name Anna, she was extremely helpful. Movers showed up on time, they were very careful with our furniture, and finished the move in short order.

Bertsch was a true joy to work with. They went above and beyond to help make our move as trouble free as possible. The communication was superb and the support was superlative. My wife and I went in numerous times requesting boxes, as we required more than originally thought. They gladly provided boxes free of charge. A sincere thank you to the great crew of Cam, Anna, Alice and the driver Ken. Totally professional and we would highly recommend for any moving needs.

What a wonderful company! We received an honest bid that was reasonable and in the end cost us less than what was quoted. Their employees that moved us were professional and pleasant to work with. We will be moving again in less than a year and will be using them again. They were respectful of our home and belongings and had a great sense of humor. We were so happy with the service provided by Bertsch Moving and Storage for our cross-country move away from Oregon last summer. Throughout the process, they were professional and responsive. Everyone we interacted with was attentive to our needs and they continued to communicate with us about the status of our move even after our shipment passed hands on to Allied. More importantly, everything arrived in one piece. I couldn't recommend Bertsch highly enough.

What I like about this moving company is that they will send an estimator to come to your home and do an estimate on your move (which I prefer and appreciate), counting every item and giving you a clear description about their policy (how they operate) and their fees (how they charge). What Kam (the Estimator) coded me was exactly what I paid. No surprises or hidden charges. Anna the Dispatcher from the office was just so helpful and thorough to communicate with us via phone calls and emails in order to make sure that our move would go smoothly. Will and JT the Movers arrived on time, carried out their assignment professionally and completed their job in a timely manner. They took good care of the furniture during the move, and I could tell they're well trained. Overall, they are a great team that has made the move a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this company. This was my first time using a moving service. I started out by getting online quotes, which was a terrible idea! I got persistent calls from every company imaginable. Tates and rules varied immensely and some companies had terrible track records with the BBB. One even argued that the BBB had their info all wrong (which it DID NOT) Finally I turned to Association of Movers and Storage Companies and selected some of their key approved companies. I called several in my area and Bertsch turned out the most responsive and informative. Kam was my Moving Manager. She came and did a walk through estimate, and then later when I decided to leave some items behind she adjusted my price. I'd lived in my home for 26 years and attached to it was my very large shop and garage. I had MANY items to move and was moving 1,600 miles away! I didn't have to make any advance deposit for services and I was able to pay the cost of the move either at the start or when they arrived at my new home. This was not cheap! Some of the online estimates were much cheaper buy they had the reputation of increasing prices at some point on the process. What Bertsch quoted me was what I paid!
The packers required 2 full days to pack the place and they did a careful job. I have many antiques and fragile expensive things and upon arrival NOTHING was broken.
Bertsch used a dedicated van and a wonderful husband and wife team, the Ogles, to transport my belongings. They did an awesome job! They were where they said they'd be when they said they would be. I even had their phone number and could talk to them while we were both on the road. So personable, I felt like I had friends in the business. It's was great meeting up with them 1,600 miles later! I'd ask for this couple again if I ever move again. I totally hope I never have to. This is a very honest straightforward company. It's not inexpensive, but you will get very good service with no surprises along the way.

Bertsch was very professional. They answered my questions quickly. Arrived on time the day of the move. They treated our items with care. This includes a grandfather clock. It was disassembled individual parts wrapped carefully. It arrived safely on the cross country move.

This company did a great job from Anna who took my initial call and set up my consultation to Kam who gave me the quotes to Mark and J.T., the guys that did the actual moving. Everyone was professional, nice, and really good at what they do. I'm so happy that I used them. It made the whole move much less stressful.

What a great group of people to work with. Always responsive to the many questions I had. The group of people that came to move our things were friendly, helpful and just a fun group of guys to work with on both ends of the move. Made the move to a different State a lot easier. Thank You!!

Amazing service! Very professional office staff and movers. Worked with me remotely on scheduling changes and many other details. Pickup and delivery were on time as promised. Would definitely use Bertsch again.
