Phoenix Inn Suites Albany

Highly recommend!!! Our recent stay was wonderful. EVERY employee we encountered was professional and exceptionally kind. The hotel was clean and smelled nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a combination of hot and cold items. Large dining area to use. Pool area was clean. Area around the hotel was quiet. Beds are on the firmer side but I prefer that. We felt safe and well cared for our whole visit. We will definitely use this hotel in the future.

I stayed while taking photos of the Northwest Horse Fair and Expo.
This place was great, we used the pool and hot tub, great place to unwind.

Very very kind people.
TV had issues but it was fixed fast.
I had to leave fast to capture the last day so I didn't fully say goodbye. :(

Wonderful place

We came from Eastern Washington for our children's basketball tournament. The staff was friendly and helpful. They accommodated our group very well. The rooms were clean and pillows/bed were super comfy. The room was spacious with couch. The hotel is right off the highway and close to everything.
20mins from In and Out! 1/2hr from the Woodburn Outlet Mall.
The customer service we received is what will bring us back here.

We have stayed here for the past 7 1/2 years. We are treated like old friends. We love the hot cookies, the pool and the jacuzzi hot tub. It's a great way to relax after the long drive to get here.

This place was fabulous! I was so impressed with how nice everything was. Beautiful lobby, friendliest front desk staff ever (shout out to Cindy), and a great, warm buffet breakfast spread. Rooms are gigantic. And great for sleeping- black out shades, fan on provides great white noise, very spacious set up. Shower had superb water pressure and no-slip mats. Parking free and easy, on site. Oh- and warm fresh cookies offered in lobby. So many little details this place nailed… and for a great price. Says it’s a 2-star hotel, but it sure felt more like a 4-star.

My wife and stayed at Phoenix Inn Suites in Albany two years ago for our daughter's wedding and we're so impressed with our room, amenities and friendly staff, we decided to stay here again for our grandson's first birthday.

Once again, we were not disappointed. The staff was as friendly and accommodating as before. And being a week before Christmas, the lobby was nicely decorated for the holidays including a Gingerbread house competition between the staff for the guests to vote on their favorite. They were all exceptional and, at least for us, made us feel like family.

They offer quiet and nicely appointed rooms, a swimming pool with spa, meeting rooms, easy access to I-5, pet friendly, and are close to many of the areas destinations.

Should you ever need to stay in the Albany area overnight or two, the Phoenix Inn Suites should be your first choice.

Easy access off I-5. Best staff, most clean and well maintained hotel on our cross country trip from MN to OR. Best breakfast too. Only minor issue is the dated color scheme, tv and decor, but it is all fresh, clean, and not looking old or shabby in any way. Plus they wisely invested in the lamps with power outlets for charging convenience. The price is lower than most big chains which means that value for money is excellent. But the warmth and service alone are worth coming back for! Squeaky clean. I'm happy and will stay here again.

Great hotel. The employee who checked me in was very friendly and helpful, she even had fresh cookies ready when I got there! Room was comfortable and clean, and the hot tub was great. Breakfast had a good selection to choose from. Right by the freeway, but I did not notice any noise.

We were here just for 1 night, but our stay was perfect. This is by far not a 2* hotel, we’ve seen 3* hotels that don’t look as good as this one.
Check in and check out was fast and the staff was super nice.
Rooms are big, comfy bed & pillows, clean sheets and towels.
They have continental breakfast available (7-10am) with good options (scrambled eggs, sausages, boiled eggs, bread, cream cheese, fruits, waffles and some baked goods).
Very nice hotel and definitely recommend!

Very impressed with the service, room size and accommodations. We flew into Albany for a family emergency. The hotel had washer/dryer access as well as continental breakfast. Would definitely stay here again if we ever visit Albany, OR!

Really great front desk staff. All of them!! Room were very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. Main breakfast entree changed daily. Breakfast attendant was the best. Keep everything clean and food items stocked. Stayed for 3 nights. Will stay again

Stayed here during family Christmas visits, and the location was perfect, directly off the freeway and exactly in-between both our parents houses. Room was incredibly clean, good amenities with in room coffee, microwave and mini fridge (not minibar). Location is close to everything in Albany with 24 hour convenience store nearby if you need snacks or a nightcap and 24 hour restaurant across street. They had a gym and a pool which looked nice but we didn't use. The free breakfast buffet was very good with a variety of options including a really cool little waffle station. Staff was super friendly and helpful, even though we arrived very late due to being stuck in an ice storm. They had a cool little gingerbread house activity in the great room, and you could vote on them after which was neat. Only negative we had was the lamp on our table was one of the ones that has a couple built in outlets for phone chargers, but the outlets were worn out so we had to plug in elsewhere, no big thing, easy to miss maintenance item. Rates were reasonable, and comparable with other places nearby, everyone in the area was a little expensive because it was over a holiday but not bad at all. The whole family enjoyed the stay, and we plan to make this place part of our regular holiday routine. Much nicer than other places we have stayed. Kudos to the staff!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Phoenix Inn in Albany, OR, and I must say, it was a 5-star experience all around!

From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was welcomed with a warm smile which quickly made me feel at home. After a long day of travel and a very disappointing experience with my car rental at Enterprise, it was nice to have Rachel and the team get me quickly checked in. The process was very efficient and they shared helpful insights about the surrounding area, pointed out local attractions and dining options, and even offered me cookies as well.

The room was immaculate and comfortable, which was well-needed. The sheets were soft, the shower was hot and I don't remember hearing noise at all.

My stay at the Phoenix Inn was one of the better hotel experiences I've had in a long time, largely due to Rachel and the staff's exceptional service. Their dedication to ensuring guests have a pleasant stay is evident and greatly appreciated.

I would definitely recommend the Phoenix Inn in Albany and I look forward to booking it for my next stay when I come back to Oregon soon!

Fantastic customer service. Very attentive to any needs & everything from housekeeping to the front desk was great! The morning breakfast needs more variety. Bacon & sausage would have been nice. Beds were about 3 or 4 stars. Pretty firm. Everything else was top notch for a semi-dated hotel. Would stay again!

The staff at the Phoenix Inn are friendly and sincere which made our stay very pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was continually stocked with fresh items.

Just got here, I was very impressed. The outside doesn't do the inside justice.

The place was cool, the front desk worker was pleasant, and the room was cleaned well. The parking lot was actually really clean. The breakfast worker Amanda was very nice

Revised review. We used to stay here often, still beautiful rooms and wonderful customer service. The breakfast is pretty good, and the coffee used to be wonderful, now it's very low quality and has no flavor, as is the juices also taste watered down. Love a good cup of coffee hope they change it soon was the worst tasting coffee I have ever had.

The hotel was great. I would give a 4.5 start only for the lighting in the parking lot. Even with a smaller lot, the lighting was not the brightest. Easy access to the Hwy. Lots of restaurants and stores around the area.

Great dog hotel. Rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff very helpful, full breakfast. We will use it again.
