I have had a great experience at this office. The staff are helpful and kind, and have saved me a lot of time of not having to be on the phone! They have so many people to help, but it is clear that they really care.

First thing you notice while here is the cps side is very quiet, clean and open. The desk staff is friendly and helpful. The food stamp/self-sufficiency side may be a bit busier, however the desk staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions you have or tasks you may need to complete. Also very clean and open. They have a couple public computers and a kids area to keep little ones busy while you fill out your applications or other paper work. You can also find the jobs center here which can assist in unemployment, job search, and other job related things.

The new building is beautiful! I know the people who work here are thrilled to have this new space.

This n location has ample parking which is a nice change as well.

Very helpful staff, and one of the nicest DHS buildings I've seen in the state. Often they get dirty and overcrowded but not this location.

The staff here while always busy is very helpful and courteous. There are many businesses in this building so you wouldn't necessarily know it was here until you walked in. There is also a job help center in this space as well as public computers available.

This office is by far the most organized, easy and comfortable. Administration was very helpful and the line went by quick.. There could always be more improvement but overall very helpful.

It's always hard for me to seek any assistance. The workers were wonderful and I thank them for their service to our community.

Just talk to a gentleman on the phone to get address for the prossing center and he was extremely nice and very polite, it was nice to speak to someone who was very respectful and considerate,,🤗
