Started off very good but after my scheduled appointments ran out during snow & ice this winter I was unable to contact them to make new appts.. none of the OV PT numbers worked, and the main number went to a fast busy signal.. I even called my therapist directly & left a message and he failed to respond.. my program was supposed to run into Apr and this was early Feb.. I tried for weeks, and now I've given up.. no program spin down or exit with advice for moving forward.. just nothing from the. So disillusioned and disappointed

The therapists are great but the phone system is absolute dogwater.

Like another gentlemen mentioned below, my pre-scheduled appointments have ran out and I’m trying to schedule more.

The phone system lets me hold for 5 minutes, and then sends me to voicemail or instructs me to press 1 to be called back. If I press 1 to be called back I get a call from a robot that plays hold music for 15 seconds and then hangs up on me.

Also the incredibly helpful hold robot suggests I use the MyChart app. Great idea except the patient is unable to schedule PT appointments on the app.

My husband has been in pain for over a year sometimes not even able to put his own pants on. We waited for this a appt to finally get some answers and help…we didn’t get either. Chisum the NP he saw has no time to hear the situation wanted nothing to do with my husbands questions or concerns and only glanced at his MRI because my husband asked him to. He never put a hand on him to check what was happening, the mri we paid for out of pocket a year ago you would think he would want to order one…nope. Said it’s soft tissue damage the moment he walked in without even seeing anything. My husband has been icing, taking anti inflammatories and doing stretches a physical therapist recommended for over a year now with no result and you want to tell him to do it like it’s brand new. We came for a real treatment and diagnoses so he can his life back. Also thanks for pointing out he’s out of shape now and acting like that’sa factor in why he has this. He was in great shape when he got injured…weird how not being able to sit, peddle, jog or barely walk will get you out of shape something he’s very self conscious about but unable to do anything because he’s INJURED.

They quoted me one price then billed much more.
