Last week I completed my physical therapy visits at the Boulders Parkway location.
My physical therapist name was, Sean. His expertise and skill as a physical therapist was exceptional, to say the least. I was so appreciative for his hard work and dedication in helping me getting back on my feet. He helped me regain my strength and mobility, and for that, I am grateful. His guidance and encouragement has been invaluable and I am very pleased with the progress I have made under his care. I am truly thankful to have had the opportunity to work with such a skilled and compassionate therapist. THANK YOU, SEAN!!

I've been going here off and on for 7 years

Super friendly staff (shoutout to Sam at the front desk) and very knowledgeable and supportive therapists. I had a herniated disc and was in debilitating pain for months. I was convinced I would need surgery but Sean got me back to zero pain and enjoying an active lifestyle again in a matter of weeks. I just started kickboxing again this week and I couldn't be happier. I feel like I have my life back. Highly recommend Sean and the whole crew here!

GOOD LUCK GETTING AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED Despite my doc office sending a referral on 9-14-22 I still do not have an appointment scheduled as they keep saying that they do not have it. I've received 3 different fax numbers (my doc office sent it to two numbers already) every time I call and when my call was being transferred to Boulders location (i was told they do not give out the direct number and transfer calls only)my call was disconnected. This is asinine. At this point I don't even want to go to them for physical therapy if I can't even get the the assistance I need. I've been in pain this whole time. You're better off googling exercises than relying on VA Ortho Boulders in ny opinion. I feel bad for those worse off than me.

I would highly recommend confirming the billing you'll receive for any treatment BEFORE your appointments. The only thing ever communicated to me was my "co-pay". This led me to believe no additional costs would be coming my way. However, AFTER my 7 visits, I received one large bill. Notice - they didn't send me any bills until after ALL of my visits. If I would have known the added costs, I would have limited my visits/treatment received. To be very clear - there was NO billing conversation/cost expectation conversation during any visit.

Additionally, they will separate the exercises into specific billing codes that will cause your bill to inflate. For example, you will have "Therapeutic Exercises" and then have "Neuromuscular Re-Education", which, in actuality, are just exercises. The "Neuromuscular Re-Education" bill will increase the more exercises you do. So, as your body gets stronger, you do more exercises, which then cost you more. In short, you pay more for getting better. Just overall a horrible experience from a billing perspective that could have been easily avoided with communication.

Caroline Shedd and the front desk receptionist at the OV Boulders office are absolute pills, and very uncooperative. I had 45+ mins left on my appointment and Caroline would not see me. No explanation was given. What a waste of time. I had a 100% better experience at Advance Physical Therapy in Midlothian.
