Budget Car Rental

I do not usually give reviews but as social media has become an every day thing in our lives I thought I needed to on this!
Awaz Askari and his wife could not have helped me any better. She was pleasant while explaining all the information to me.
With all the extra rental service fees that sometimes arise she kept it as simple and fair as she could. I also noticed she did the same to customers before and after me!
I even had issues with my last day in Chester with changing work related meetings, she listened and came out with a perfect solution to making sure I made it to airport.
Oh yes and my vehicle was sharp, clean, and performed fabulous!
Thanks again you two!

Had a question about the Etoll. The man who helped asked me questions to help me figure out the most cost effective option.

He really focused on the customer, and not the sale. I would rent from here next time I am out in the Chester Petersburg area l, with our a doubt.

After renting a vehicle with Dollar at least a week in advance and arriving to the airport at 10pm to then be told that there are no more vehicles...BUDGET was the life saver. Awaz at the Chester location made booking easy. Will definitely rent a vehicle again.

A big thank you to the lady who helped me there. I had booked on line a Chrysler voyager for a family trip . I called a few days later and spoke to a lady to ease my mind all though I had confirmation. This trip was important. I talked to her about it and why it was so important. This lady took it upon herself to get me a better ride a hybrid sienna Toyota LE and surprised me with it when I showed up to get the voyager. They will always have a loyal customer here going forward. Thank you

This location was very friendly and very understanding as i was running behind on my pick up & drop off. The vehicle I received was exactly the size I needed for vacation with a handful of kids. Needless to say I’ll definitely be renting through them again.

I Love this place. It's quick easy, convenient and reliable. The staff are always friendly, warm and welcoming. You rarely receive Customer service like they provide.

I rented a car from here about two weeks ago. Picking up the car and checking it out was super simple. I had a small wait time because the lady running it was the only one there and she was helping someone when I came in; however she was very apologetic and kept acknowledging that I was waiting. When we returned the car the checkout out was simple also and the guy which I assume was her husband that was there during checkout was super friendly and nice. I will definitely be going back everytime I need a rental. I recommend here!

Got the last car on the lot. I had tried other places to get a rental. I got reservations, but no car as the National reservation center didn't know where the cars were. However, Budget's reservation system knew where their cars were, and could guarantee me a car. They charged less too, and gave me a government employee discount even though the rental was for personal use. Awesome!

Convenient location, great customer service

Very nice people here!! They got me a rental at the last second before leaving on vacation! Enterprise let me down and told me I didn't have a car after a 3 week ahead of time reservation. Go with these folks!

There's never a car there even when you reserve, HOWEVER the man that always helps us, Carlos, ALWAYS works something out, and even if we have to wait a little extra time he makes sure we get a car that day (usually we need it right then) and I gotta give him 5 stars because he's great! As far as budget/avis goes, they need to work out a better system to reserve and make sure availability matches.

The process for picking up your rental us less is about 5 minutes at counter and 5 to examine the car. The staff is very friendly and the selection of cars is very good. There is absolutely no waiting behind others.

Great experience, renting the vehicle was fast easy and hassle free. Will definitely rent again from this location.

Chester Va Location Excellent Customer Service

The availability of vehicles, and the ease of pick up. The truck I choose suited my family perfectly it was clean and ran great. I love the Chester location, they are the only ones I go to.

Owners were very nice and helpful. Great rental experience. I will definitely utilize them again.
