I had a situation with codes and as you heard me say HAD...They all to care of it but Sheila at the Chesterfield, store she is amazing at what she does. She goes that extra mile. I really appreciate her. We need more like her in the front and in the back of the night. Thank you, Sheila

Was able to get a nice st Patrick's day onesie for my son.

Their sales are unmatched! Especially the end of season sales. The employees are usually very helpful and polite. Managers always try to find the best way to help. Store is always clean and they do their best to keep up with customers not putting things back in the right place even during the big clearance sales. The return policy is great other than the even exchange policy. It's kind is odd. MUST have the physical receipt to do the even exchange. Over all love this place.

Love this place! Have the greatest clothes, from petite to plus, and for all age ranges. My parents gave me a "you're in your 30's, time to retire the yoga pants and graphic tees that dominated your 20's" makeover, and we did a lot of the shopping here. A little more expensive than my former go-to Old Navy, but the quality is a step up.

We checked out with Sammy and she was very helpful with showing me how to navigate the Kohl’s app on my phone and get the most discounts available to me.

I was there to do a return. As usual, I had absolutely no problem, and the associate who assisted me was very helpful. As I was leaving the store, I happened to see a few items that caught my eye. They were on sale, and when I got to register, I received even more of a discount because I used my kohl's card. One again I was not mad at all with my kohl's experience!!

Its a Kohl's, nice staff and most of the time organized and clean. Lots of parking.

The store is well arranged, and I had a good customer service experience with my visit.

Did most of my holiday shopping in one trip to Kohl’s

I went to this Kohl’s location and immediately went to Sephora section. I was greeted by Mandi who was amazing. She helped me figure out the products that were best for my skin and the needs of course that I needed them for and she was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend that if you are in the market to purchase cosmetics through them, please ask for her. She’s super sweet and she’s very helpful.

Very nice store with helpful staff.
