Was only in Richmond for a few days and this shop happened to be close to my hotel and I am glad it was! The vibe of the shop was cute and cozy the staff was so so nice and welcoming. They had a bunch of other stuff you could purchase like wine and stickers tote bags they have so much cool fun stuff. The Brie and Apple ginger jam croissant blew me out of the water perfect balance of flavor. And the coffee phew the coffe was rich creamy smooth I had to go back later in the day for another one !

I drive across town daily just to drink Sefton Coffee. My favorite is the Cinnamon Vanilla latte, and the ham and jam sandwiches. The atmosphere is quaint and cozy with lots of sweet gifts. This coffee shop really represents the best of Richmond to me. Thanks for being so awesome!

Such a cute spot. I’ve always had the best experience with the staff. The food is always delicious, and the atmosphere is so relaxing and peaceful. I think I found my new favorite coffee spot in the city. Thanks to the staff for helping me and my boyfriend both have great birthdays.

Wonderful small intimate setting, with great staff, food, baked goods, and coffee (tomato and mozzarella sandwich on focaccia is one of my favorites)

Very charming little coffee shop in downtown Richmond with delicious beans roasted on-site and a lovely little selection of other goods (peanut toffee, etc). I bought a bag of coffee beans to take home and they scooped them right out of the roaster! So fresh and flavorful. Definitely worth a visit!

Sefton is my favorite coffee in Richmond! All syrups are house made and unique (Horchata Latte? Yes, please). Only downside is there’s no wifi.

The front part has a cute little shop filled with eclectic snacks and small gift-items I love to peruse while waiting for my beverage.

Sefton Coffee Company is a quant local coffee shop in downtown Richmond. So many interesting coffee’s on the menu and flavors to try, ohh you can get beer and wine here too. I ordered the Ham and Jam sandwich and it was awesome! High recommend.

Small cozy local cafe with a large variety of coffee and tea drinks, plus sandwiches and other bites. I've only tried their cinnamon vanilla latte but I had a great experience. The latte was fantastic, and the price was good for how much I got. The barista was friendly. They also sell jams, honey, etc. I do wish there was more space or outlets you can charge with, but obviously that'd cost a lot. I'll definitely be back.

This lovely cafe is owned and operated by the sweetest, loving couple. Friendly and easy to talk to, the owners mentioned how the sandwiches were first created in their home kitchen.

The coffees are DELICIOUS, the atmosphere is loving. The quality ingredients of the food makes your mouth water.

So cute, and delicious matcha! I got the iced matcha with lavendar and oatmilk, it was delicious. Service was fast and friendly.

We come up to Virginia from NC a few times a year and always look for coffee shops on the way. This place was so cute and tucked away. We ordered iced oat milk mocha and it was amazing. Their bagels are flavorful. Will stop by again on our way home again next time.

Cute little coffee shop that also sells pastries, some bottled wine and beer. Some street parking out front ane some parking garages as well. Outside tables with 2 seats available and some seating inside. They sell some Richmond and coffee souvenirs too.

I ordered a Coconut Rose Latte and a Ham and Jam sandwich. The latte was delicious and you really get the rose come through. I loved the Ham and Jam sandwich. The apples and Jam that came with it paired really well together.

Stopped in on a whim for quick breakfast and was absolutely delighted with the cute decor and comfortable atmosphere. Got a cafe leche which had the perfect amount of sweetness and also a delicious blueberry and peach danish. Also got a “ham and jam” sandwich which tasted fresh and tasty. Overall a wonderful experience and I can’t wait to drag my friends here and try some more things off the menu!

Most cozy atmosphere with friendliest staff who know what they’re doing and clearly love doing it. We forgot to mention vegan milk alternative, but they caught our mistake based on our order, asking us if we’d prefer oat milk. Thanks for the save! Diverse menu of coffees and teas with plentiful floral options. You’ll want to try them all! Coconut rose latte and tumeric honey latte with espresso were 👌

Great little coffee cafe in downtown Richmond, I happened upon several weeks ago. Cozy atmosphere, with delicious food and delightful staff! Now my go to place if and when in town. Stop by and check it out, you won't be disappointed.

the best lattes in my 25 years of sipping. i looked up from the google maps directions to sefton, after finding out about this place from a roommate down the street. the slow hit of a fresh roast wafts towards you as you cross the street— so pretty easy to find. with twinkling lights and kitschy patio furniture, stools and high tops abound, the atmosphere is immediately warm and inviting.

they have hand-drawn note cards, balms, soaps, and other thoughtfully-crafted products to buy as you wait, so you're always entertained. the bossa nova jazz thrums in the background, and the barista guides you throughout the menu with a kind smile and authentic skill in their craft that you can taste in every drink.

get the coconut rose latte (with homemade rose syrup!) for a kiss of comfort and elegance— like you're set in a beauty and the beast novel. then the honey + spice for a nutty/cedar-like finish, almost like a chai, but reminiscent of getting lost in the woods. i wonder if they'd be able to cater for a wedding one day? either the lattes are so good im getting nostalgic, or im getting old, quick.

As a barista and a coffee and espresso fanatic this place makes me feel amazing. The espresso was perfect, the foam was exactly where is should've been. The atmosphere was everything a coffee shop should have. The only thing is I don't recommend soy milk for your drink because it clumps together, not sure if it was barista or milk there but nonetheless this place comes down as my #1 coffee place in Richmond.

Great experience. Fantastic coffee in a quaunt little shop. Absolutely recommend. Didn't order any food, so I can't review that.
