Gold's Gym Arboretum

I enjoy coming to the gym & working out.. the staff make you feel welcomed every time you come. I thought it was too big for me at first, but just get in where you fit in & get them gains in! 💪🏽

This place went for the gold and it took it. Massive space and all the equipment you could need: multiple squat racks, dumbbells up to 150 lbs, and plenty of machines. Yes, I did skip calves.

Trainer: Awesome… Carlos is the best of the best!
Front Desk Staff: Welcoming
Lynn and all other staff: Quite Pleasant and accommodating
Housekeepers: Fantastic job! The entire gym is spotless!
Other guests: Everyone is so friendly
Equipment: Awesome variety. Maintenance excellent
Hours: Flexible

I never thought in a million years that I could find a gym that would care enough to work with me on all levels of extending the quality of my life. As the 26th President of The United States of America, Theodore Roosevelt once quoted ,”They don’t care how much you know; until they know how much you care”. I give Gold’s Gym 5 stars but honestly they deserve a million stars. Thank you so much for caring.

Pros- has everything u will ever need to workout, large variety of equipment, always cleaning common areas and staff is awesome (best of all the gyms on network)
Con- please do something else with the music, feels like a library when u walk in the front door. Some days I'd like to workout without the use of headphones.

Amazing gym with a lot of equipment, and they just received a bunch of new equipment. The General Manager and staff have been attentive, assertive and friendly. Awesome experience so far.

This place is my favorite gym! It's home! Everyone goes out of their way to welcome you in a judgement free zone! Tayron the membership guy, really went out of his way with excellent customer service to help me settle my account so I could come back. I got far behind and was too embarrassed to come in, but we were able to settle on an amount and get me back to the gym. This particular Golds really goes out of their way to help you! I love that! Thank you to Arboretum for always being awesome!

I rewarded myself with a gym membership while celebrating sobriety, I got my free day pas, went in. Tried it for a couple hours. Spoke with staff as I went through. I as sold because of the team here, informative, friendly and very helpful. They're approachable.

Glad I signed up, I have been here every day since I singed up and paid.

Clean, well maintained equipment, clean locker rooms. Gym is clean as a whole.

Perks:

Pool, basketball court, cardio theater, private women's section, tanning, small outdoor obstacles and child center!!! Was told I can use the class room for dance rehearsals when the room is not in use.

Golds Gym arboretum is a great place to work out. They are welcoming have plenty of machines and ways to obtain the body your looking for.

The staff was there on Thanksgiving, I really appreciate them. Everyone at the gym always greet me and are very kind.

Gold’s Arboretum is a great place to train! The people are friendly and they have equipment & training space to accommodate any training requirement.

The staff is very friendly. You are always greeted when entering the gym. Plenty of machines available and clean.

Best Golds in RVA!! The atmosphere is as diverse as the population. there is always a smiling face to encourage , especially Tay. he’s truly a gem

I started at a small corporate Gold’s Gym and it was fine for a few months. Once I came to the Arboretum location I knew I’d stay. Tayron, works in the morning. He’s a great guy and makes a killer shake! You won’t regret getting a long term membership here. I’ve never been able to say that about another gym.
