Big Lots

This is a nice location with lots of merchandise and really good prices on furniture. I actually leaned on Big Lots for building holiday decorations and my initial furniture when I first started my adult life because you find decent options for affordable prices.

Good store one of the employees stopped doing what he was going just to go see if they had anymore microwaves. Most employees wouldn't do that. Store was nice and clean.

I recently visited Big Lots, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with the vast selection of products and variety of product lines available. From trending seasonal items to everyday essentials, the store had it all. The aisles were well-organized, and it was easy to find what I was looking for.

I was also impressed with the knowledgeable and professional assistant manager, Rachel Wright. She was able to answer all of my questions regarding the various departments and sales, and her pleasant demeanor made the shopping experience even more enjoyable. Not only did she help me, but I also observed her assisting multiple patrons with ease and efficiency.

Overall, I highly recommend Big Lots to anyone looking for a diverse selection of products, including trending seasonal items, essential staples, and more. And if you happen to come across Rachel Wright, you're in good hands.

I was out of town and was looking for a few items. I went to Big Lots and the store was clean. The employees on duty were friendly and actively helped me find what I was looking for. I had a great shopping experience today.😀😀

They have good items at discount prices

Fantastic service. Ordered a table online and had to drive about an hour to this store. Traffic delays gave me an eta of 9:03. They close at 9. I was already on the way so I called and they were very accommodating. Arrived after closing and was greated with friendliness and genuine warmth. I feel that in most cases, after closing especially, many store associates would typically A. not be willing to stay after closing and B. If they did, they would probably exhibit some attitude and lack of desire to accommodate. That being said I think the associates at this location should be recognized for their cooperation and understanding. It's customer service like this that one doesn't find very easily any more. I will definitely choose to drive the extra distance to utilize this locatoon on future purchases!

I love this store. It has some very high quality items at very reasonable prices.

Stopped here to look for furniture for my son who just moved to Richmond. They had exactly what we were looking for in stock and were super helpful. We were able to take everything with us that day.

Iv been in this store a few times now when ever I go this building is very sanitary the staff are very nice i very much enjoyed my experience there !

Friendly staff. Greet customer's upon arrival. Store very clean & organized. Nice selections of merch for family aswell. Good housecleaning supplies also.

Clean, organized, prices well displayed. Some furniture brands include Lane, Broyhill, and others. Many little "nuggets" in here. I purchased a 29' string of patio lights.

Let's start with WOW! I haven't been in this store for a while and they did a complete remodel. The layout was beautiful - everything was accessible - clean and neat. I will be back
