Inova Cares Clinic for Families - Manassas

Maria is such a sweet woman, always helps with kindness. My Dr. Lisa Hsu is also a very attentive and nice doctor. Today I was seen by a new doctor. Her name is R. Hannah, she is so adorable and immediately makes you feel positive about your health.

Maria Rocelyn, she is very helpful and friendly.I like the place.

Doctora Fernández is the best pediatric! My children’s love her.

I seriously want to know why there are no ZERO STAR options with these reviews!!! These charlatans should not only be FIRED but be arrested because they have no regard for human life! Rude and terrible amateurs and wanna be medical providers! How are urchins like this licensed??? These rats 🐀 never answer the phone and when they do, they rudely cut the call and never pick up again!!!

Doesn’t even deserve a star. Please save your time and energy and find another place. This place is trash! I waited a month and a half for an appointment and they called one week before my appointment to reschedule because of “staff meeting”. I should have looked at their reviews before ever considering them. The person I was talking to wasn’t helpful at all. I was willing to go to a different location and she kept saying she didn’t have anything.

Very horrible customer service, there never picked up the phone, kept rescheduling, and will not get a date. My son could not see the Doctor, so the nurse came in, and we asked a referrer for a dentist and eye doctor; she left and never returned. I advise everyone to stay off this location. Don't waste your time, please. Be warned, don't say I never told you.

THIS CLINIC NEVER ANSWER PHONE CALLS. Every time I call to make an appointment this clinic never answer my phone calls, I physically have to go to the clinic to make the the appointment. While at the clinic I saw receptionist Maria didn’t answer the desk phone when it was ringing. They simply don’t care how patients are going to make their appointments they also have shortage of doctors in this clinic.

Terrible customer service. I scheduled an appointment for my 2 month old son for 11:15. I got there about 10 minutes late and the lady Maria at the front desk would not take my son for his appointment. I scheduled off work for this and just because they didn't want want to work an extra 10 minutes more she refused the appointment and made me reschedule. What if he was really sick and needed to be seen ? Or something very important? Policies need to be changed or Maria needs to be spoken to by management because that is terrible service and lack of respect for the patients . I've never been to a doctors office that would not accept an appointment especially for a newborn when only 10 minutes late .

I've been driving by this place for months, I need some serious landscape work they're making the neighborhood go trashy.

This clinic never pick up phone for appointments. It’s been going on for years i’m surprised they are still in business. All staff should have been fired long ago.

I scheduled an appointment at 3:00 and I didn’t get into the doctors room untill like 3:20 and i left that room around 4:15 and I still didn’t get my 4 month son checked out customer service is so bad if I could 0 star this place I would. I will be taking my son somewhere else from now on.
