Quickest drive thru at a Wendy's. Double burger was fresh and hot. Very friendly drive thru cashier.

They are efficient in regards to how fast you move through the drive through. The person at the window is friendly. The chili for my taco salad stayed hot until I got in the house 15 minutes away.

The service is good and the food so taste

The chili was extra good for some reason. I appreciate the cashier too. She constantly thanked me for waiting and made sure my order was correct.

This place does a good job for a fast food joint. They rarely screw up my order. The food is always fresh and the line doesn't seem to take that long. The staff is decent. I like the power Mediterranean salad a lot.

The girls who took and presented my order in the drive through were so sweet inviting and made the visit enjoyable. It made my evening. Thank you for great customer service.

The best wendy's hands down in the whole Chesterfield, and Richmond area. The food has always been good, at this location, but the service is even better. At this particular time Sarah was the cashier inside and her attention to all customer's is very apparent. Weather she was apologizing for minimal wait or calling customers by name to get their order. Definitely will be back.

went to this wendy’s for lunch today and had such a wonderful experience. the customer service at the order/pickup window was outstanding. not to mention i was in and out of there in about five minutes. love to see people radiating positive energy at work! keep it up y’all

So I ordered a double stack a large fry and a small diet Coke came out to $9+ and the guy said hey you can get basically the same thing including a four-piece chicken nugget if you just get the $5 biggy bag. Dude saved me $4 Plus!! Thank you very much...

Great, friendly FAST food and service, felt safe and smelled/saw sanitization while in the lobby awaiting food. Seating is open and welcoming, great options for your tush at this Wendy's! Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers, New Pub Style French Fries, 10 piece Chicken Nuggets, Large Drink and 5 Jr. Frosty keychains for Christmas gifts. Waited less than 6 minutes, food order was not missing or wrong in any way, employees smiled behind masks and hosted a great atmosphere!.The bag of food was actually still hot when got home and started digging in....we live 5 minutes up the road.

Really fast service. For 2 days in a row, while helping a friend move, we've stopped in and I've gotten the FREE Dave's Single deal available with the app, while she ordered something else. So we both ate cheaply. The staff is very friendly.

This wendys has become our go to. We have placed special orders and they were able to fulfill them correctly and without an attitude. At the time of this writing, the manager of the store was even training a new employee on the register. Well managed by someone that cares.

I've always loved Wendy's because the food is served hot, fresh and with little wait time. I frequent the one in Hopewell,VA and Rivers Bend area of Chester, VA

One of the better Wendy's in the area. Pretty speedy and the customer service is wonderful. They do close earlier than most, it's either eleven pm or midnight during the week. One am on the weekends. So, keep that in mind.

The service has really been stepped up at this location! The food was hot and the service was fast! The employees were also much more personable than it has the past few months.
