Bobby was absolutely great helping me pick the right couch, he was very courteous and communicative during the entire process which I greatly appreciated. The entire purchasing and picking up process went incredibly smooth. Everyone I encountered was phenomenal, knowledgeable and courteous I love my new couch and can’t recommend Haynes more!!!

Great selection, super fair prices, friendly staff. We were left alone to shop and look around which was great because who wants to be followed around by a salesman the entire time. My only small complaint is that their delivery was booked out for about two weeks, but it is what it is.

Overall, our visit was okay. Haynes has a vast inventory of furniture. We went shopping for a mattress. The salesperson who approached us and took us to that department was very enthusiastic. However, the issue I had was that he immediately took us to some of the highest priced mattresses without ever inquiring what we were interested in. I asked about lower priced items, and he took us to items slightly lower than we previously looked at. Needless to say, we left the store a little concerned and frustrated. We eventually found a mattress from the same company at a much lower price and with free delivery.

Great experience. RC was wonderful and helpful from the time we walked in. I got a great price on exactly what I was looking for and everyone was pleasant to deal with. I will definitely be using Haynes for future furniture shopping needs.

Sharyn was very personable and answered all questions. Being 8 months pregnant she gave me her number to contact her so I wouldn’t have to walk so much. She was patient as my husband and I made our selections. Nick checked us out and was very pleasant and helpful as well.

Was greeted immediately upon entering. A very nice salesman helped us find what we were looking for. He wasn't pushy. Overall a very good experience.

Haven't received/picked up my mattress that I recently purchased yet. However, my shopping experience was great; walked in and walked out with exactly what I wanted with the assistance of knowledgeable staff. Will definitely recommend!

The salesperson was very helpful in answering my questions regarding the mattress. The delivery charge is outrageous $349.00. Of course they did not mention the delivery charge in the store. You purchase a product and they nickel and dime you to death.. you have to purchase a mattress protection pad otherwise if something happens to the mattress under warranty they won’t service you. Won’t go back to them. Thank you .

Our salesman was helpful but not pushy. He answered our questions and then gave us time to decide what we wanted to do. Absolutely love our purchase. If we buy anything else, we'll definitely ask for Mr. Abayomi Ogungba.

The Sale's Associate (RC) was outstanding; considering my purchase of furniture cannot be delivered until the beginning of April, 2024.

I purchased a unique TV console and came in half an hour before the store closed. I wanted to take the piece home the same day and everyone involved worked hard to make it happen, the sales person, the manager and the person at the pickup who helped me loading the furniture in my car.
