I am always pleased with Spine Care Center! Dr Bassam is a fabulous doctor. He never makes you feel rushed enabling you to share your symptoms and ask questions. He is very knowledgeable, personable and pleasant at all times. His staff mirrors Dr Bassam in all ways! A step above any other doctor’s office I have experienced. Good job.

Everyone in this practice is amazing. I was seen the day I called for an appointment. They worked with my insurance company to get recommended equipment and tests approved. Examination was thorough and explanations were clear. From start to finish I felt like I was in the best of hands. Highly recommend Dr Siddiqui and Stephanie.

I was able to fill out all of my new patient forms online ahead of my appointment. This is very helpful! The staff was nice, and I was seen for my appointment within 10 minutes after arriving at the office I really liked the doctor, Dr. Zafar, He was knowledgeable and didn’t try to push me into doing some type of treatment I was uncomfortable with.

I cannot say enough good things about this practice. My doctor is Dr. Bassam and am my opinion. He is one of the most caring doctors I’ve ever had in my life and I’m 75 years old. In addition, his entire staff is very patient, caring, and thorough. I would give my highest recommendation to anyone with back pain to see this practice.

Dr Basaam is amazing! I want to him for horrible sciatica pain after being in the ER and unable to walk. His kind bedside manner and understanding made me feel better. Dr Basaam prescribed steroids and within 24 hrs, I was able to put weight on my leg and walk without electricity shocks going down my leg. It’s taken a couple of months to get the feeling back in my shin and foot and rebuild the strength but I credit my recovery to Dr Basaams swift action and care. Excellent doctor. I feel like I made a new friend. Highly recommend this practice

I have been a patient of The Spine Care Center since 2020. I have met all of the providers and had one of my multiple surgeries with Dr Siddiqui. After a serious infection and some medical conditions I developed, he referred me to a neurosurgeon for further care. I still see Dr Ramesh and Darryl for pain management and they have done so much to help me and to keep me comfortable as I can’t have more surgeries at this time with my infections and blood clotting disorder. My daughter is also a patient and in a couple weeks, my SIL will be seen there as well. I have been in the healthcare field for 40 years and I am so impressed with the way they run their office and their compassion and knowledge. I highly recommend them. Dr Ramesh is friendly, knowledgeable and caring and the one I see on a regular basis.

I have been seeing Dr. Bassam on and off for around 15 years. He is such a compassionate physician. I recommend him highly. I also met with Dr. Saddiqui when gathering opinions about spinal fusion surgery. All the other neurosurgeons I consulted pushed surgery hard. He gave me the pros and cons and respected my decision to not have it. I am so happy I did not, but if I ever had to have it, I would choose him to perform it for sure.

I have been seeing Dr. Usman Zafar at The Spine Care Center for many years and I want to express what an amazing doctor he is.
The care I’ve received from Dr. Zafar is nothing less than exceptional. He listens attentively to my concerns and provides treatment that yields positive results for my condition. He always explains what’s going on in normal language, not ‘doctor talk’ which I really appreciate. Doctor Zafar is caring and compassionate, and I have great confidence in him and his abilities to allow me to have a better quality of life.

I knew I was in the right place when I scheduled my first appointment. I was seen quickly, Dr Bassam explained everything in normal speak. He fit me in for my procedure knowing I was in a lot of pain. I would recommend to everyone.

Staff and doctors are phenomenal. The office staff are polite and courteous. They make you feel welcome and never a bother. I had cervical fusion and injections by these docs and I can't say enough about how much they have helped me. On this visit I saw Chris Lotfabadi, PA-C. He is genuine and truly concerned about my issues. I felt heard and I have 100% confidence they will figure out my problem and fix it. I highly recommend this office for your spinal care needs.

I wanted to thank office management, office / medical staff and Dr. Ramesh for the amazingly responsive, accurate and well explained medical care I received. Not only did this practice get my complex needs addressed without delay, they were able to accommodate me almost immediately after another practice was unable to continue my care after giving me the run around for several weeks because they would not work with my insurance (BCBS) approved compounding pharmacy.

During my in person visit, Dr. Ramesh took the time to understand my complex medical history, expertly complete the tasks needed while also proposing a solid plan for the upcoming 12 months that would give me a path to even better healthcare.

This place does a fantastic job of care for spine ailments. The staff are courteous, personable, and attentive.

I had to bring a loved one here to get a steroid shot for chronic back pain they had been facing. The medical team that supported this procedure made sure to explain everything in plain terms, ensured that I as the caretaker had clear instructions on what to do if any health concerns arose and they have me an estimated timeline of how long it would take for my loved one to fully recover and feel normal again.

I can't recommend this place enough for you or any family member that suffers from back and or spinal pain or ailments.

I called today to see how quickly I could see a provider. Cathy helped me to get an appointment with a PA who is now to the practice. Stephanie was kind, helpful and a true joy to meet. I hope to have many appointments with her in the future when not seeing the great Dr. Zafar.

I've been a patient at The Spine Care Center for 2 years. Dr. Zafar and his team are amazing!. Dr. Zafar is very compassionate, very patient, exceptionally thorough and explains things so well and so carefully, I have no doubt he has the best solution for my spine pain. Dr. Zafar has spent, this is not an exaggeration, hours with me explaining my injuries, the condition of my spine, the results of MRI's, and different treatment options, as well as physical therapy. He's always been kind and never dismissive about my situation. He has excellent pre-op bedside manners, and you can see his team is run well because the people are friendly and kind, too. I was concerned about pre-authorization for an MRI, the staff took care of it in less than 48 hours so I could schedule the exam. Anyone who has dealt with insurance and office staff knows that is an amazing feat. I highly recommend The Spine Care Center for spine care health. It has given me movement without pain so I could go about my day more comfortably.

Spine Care Center has been wonderful to me. Everyone is professional and provides excellent service. I have been seeing them for 2 years for numerous compression fractures with injections and with excellent results for pain relief and management. Dr. Ramesh, Dr. Zafar, Dr. Basam, and Dr. Saddiqui have been exceptional and always have another possibility to offer. They have never said, “there is nothing more to be done, you will just have to live with the pain.” I had been told that many times before from other doctors. I highly recommend this practice. They are compassionate and responsive to my concerns or questions, presenting alternatives.

I love coming to the Spine Care Center in Manassas. The staff is super friendly and professional, not to mention the doctors are very understanding of a patient’s needs. I would recommend anyone with back problems to come to this office.

This has always been the best. Office staff. Been going there for 13+years. Dr Saddique is the best! He doesn’t jump in to surgery, but considers all option, but when you’re ready and he is ready, then you have the discussion. Took me a few years to finally decide on fusion, I’d never seen a good fusion, I had 2 pages of questions, he patiently answered all my questions and the surgery WAS THE BEST THING EVER. NO PAIN, not 1 time.
Dr Bassam is wonderful also. Very patient, very kind.. I live in Ga now BUT go there to see them if needed. You will not be sorry you choose them

I saw Dr Zafar for my knee injection. My experience from the time I got to the office was exceptional . From the receptionist to the provider, everyone was very friendly and professional . Dr . Zafar explained everything in detailed . I’m afraid of needles but, he made me feel very comfortable to the point that I didn’t feel anything after the procedure . . I would definitely recommend anyone to this Practice. I came to visit my sister from Florida and I will definitely will not choose to visit any other provider in Florida . I rather travel to VA to see Dr Zafar . Bobby, who’s the CEO worked with me to get me in asap and also worked with me to make my visit affordable . I want to thank everyone of the staff for taking good care of me .
