Walter’s/JB Custom met with me multiple times to keep me updated on timing and get the perfect colors. They hit a home run with this one. The painters were extremely professional, hard working, and courteous to my guests. Darren, the Project manager, didn’t disappoint. He was prompt, professional, and whenever I had a question I could contact him on his personal phone.

Walter’s painting did such an amazing transformation to our condo. They painted ceiling, walls, doors, cabinets and trim!! The oak is gone and it is clean and bright! They showed up every day and worked hard to complete the job on time! Thank you, we love it!

We have used Walter's Painting for years and they have always been very professional with a nice personal touch on the job. We did have issues resulting from some subcontractors on our last job and Walter's made sure everything was resolved to our satisfaction. Julio is a new (to us) addition to the team and he went above and beyond in communication and customer service, even stopping by after the job was done to complete some finishing touches. He was proactively looking out for us and our satisfaction with the project the whole way. You don’t experience customer service like that with too many companies anymore so it was very noticeable. Walters painting was great! We got our entire house painted and they did an amazing job. We changed a lot of colors and they were very particular and thorough throughout the whole process. Darren especially was over everyday checking on the work and making sure all was going smoothly for us! They were kind, respectful and hard working, I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again!

I hired Walter’s Painting to paint my entire main floor interior and the exterior of our home. I am extremely happy with their work! They were at my home on time every day til the job was complete. Their prep work was outstanding, not a drop of paint on any of my woodwork. They were all professional, easy to work with, and they worked around my family who were in the house everyday while they were there. The communication and preparation helped set our expectations which were met thoroughly. The crew was on time and stuck to the schedule we asked and prepped us daily to make it as easy as possible for our family to maneuver minimally. A great experience with a great finished product!

I worked with Darren Wolf and I cannot say enough good things about he and his crew. They were timely, responsive and did an all around fantastic job. My neighbors were so impressed that they had Darren and his crew out to paint the exterior of their home as well. Will absolutely be recommending to others!

Darren and Jacob are friendly, responsive, professional and do quality work. They were so respectful of my elderly father’s many requests of them to help with his old Victorian house. After my dad passed, they went above and beyond for me and my sisters when we were under a deadline to sell my dad’s house. I not only highly recommend them, I am so grateful for their help during a challenging time.

We had Julio and his team paint our entire 1st floor, including baseboards and crown molding, and they did an awesome job! Very meticulous and great attention to detail! They painted out our stained oak stairway and it looks beautiful! Highly reccommend!

Great work from this team doing finish painting after we installed new windows in the house. They used high quality paint, worked quickly and were very respectful. Having them back soon for some additional painting projects!

We recently had Wade and his team remove the 25 year old wallpaper from our foyer, stairwell, and upstairs loft, then texture and paint the area. It was a large project, and from the initial consult through job completion Wade was excellent with proactive communication and ensuring expectations were met. Pricing was right in line with the other quotes we obtained, and the BBB rating is what initially sold us on Walters. We’re extremely pleased with the final product, and we will be using Wade and his team for all future paint projects.

We contacted Walters painting and had a very quick response and proposal. We went with them and were very happy. I would highly recommend them.

We had Wade come to the house for an estimate. He said the estimate would come out in 2 days. We waited 2 weeks and sent an email, thinking maybe he was busy or it just got lost in the shuffle. No response, so we call 5 days after that and spoke with the front desk person explaining the situation. No response. We wait another 10 days and called, leaving a message at their office. No response. This is now 6 weeks later. We have checked our junk mail thinking maybe it went there. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
