This is the best furniture store around. Kathy is very helpful and friendly. She was patient as we chose our option for a sectional. When the delivery day arrived and the sectional we purchased would not fit through the doorway of the room into which we were placing it, the delivery drivers were utmost respectful and kind. Since we could not use the sectional, Kathy has been most accommodating in allowing us to return it and helping us make a different selection, even though it was our own issue. Homemakers has won our business.

High quality furniture for reasonable prices. Jennifer helped us find our dining set. She was wonderful. So helpful without being pushy. When we’re ready to purchase our new sofa we will go see her!

I purchased a beautiful queen size bed from this furniture store! I am absolutely pleased w/the customer service, quality & help/assistance I received.
Personally, working with Sonal was a pleasure she was patient, sincere, & willing to work with me. When picking up my bed there was an issue with pieces missing & I contacted Sonal - within the hour she sent someone to my home to resolve the issue. He didn’t have what he needed went back to the store, came back to my house and fixed the issue.

Beautiful furniture! I did have a few hiccups with communication in the beginning. Sonal one of the store managers stepped in and she was fantastic from the start. Thanks Sonal! Outstanding customer service! We bought a complete bedroom set on Sept. 2017. On Dec. 2021, one of the furniture knobs broke and replacement became difficult because our bedroom set was discontinued. But Sonal was able to obtain a set of the original knobs to replace our old knobs. Many thanks Sonal! We are satisfied customers!

I've been buying from Homemakers Furniture for years. Just recently I met Sonal ! She is the best manager/salesperson I've worked with. She is kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. I often take a long time to make decisions. I did not feel rushed. She helped me through the whole process!

One of the best furniture Ashley side stores. You can get Ashley furniture at a reasonable price and they have some great furniture, items with neat new features on the furniture that I have not seen before, I like the idea of being different and having things other people don't have and this furniture store is one of them. I guess being a part of Ashley is definitely a positive, I will continue buying my furniture from here

We were very pleased with the service and selection here. Amanda A. was helpful and deliberate, not pushy at all. She knew the product lines and the choices within them,. We bought all three items we were shopping for in one trip--love seat, small dining room set, and foot of the bed chest.

was shopping for a specific recliner that swivels and had been to several stores - went to Homemakers and lucky to get Barbara who met me at door and went right to the only recliner they had that swivels. Liked it, bought it on the no-interest for 6 months plans but after couple weeks at home, did not like that I could not manipulate the mechanism easily. Barbara discussed other options with me and found another chair to order - which I will be picking up today and exchanging. Barbara is very furniture savvy and knowledgeable and knows the entire inventory at Homemakers. Be sure and ask for her.
