AT&T Store

Abby has been absolutely awesome!! She helped us upgrade the oldest phone to something new! When I say old phone, it was the galaxy s7. Honestly, I was optimistic on being able to transfer the information from the old phone to the new one. She made everything so simple and easy, not to mention she is sweet as can be and always kept a smile on her face!! I highly recommend the team at Mechanicsville At&T!! Everyone in here is amazing!!!

Kennedy made the process of swapping out devices easy. She was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. In general, our experience there was great. Many thanks to her and the manager (whose name I don’t remember) for making the change to three new phones mostly painless.

Terrell helped me fix issues on my account. I went to white oak and didn't receive the proper help and they overcharged me necessarily. When I came here to Mechanicsville not only did he help me with my account and getting the unnecessary charges off my account he was able to explain the home tech protection to ms and enroll me. They were very helpful and friendly and this is the store I will be coming back to for services. Thanks to Terrell I'll be sticking with at&t as I'm a new customer already!.

Terrell was so awesome when walked in with his friendly and fun attitude about helping us and worked with us for hours to get everything we needed done. It was our fault it took so long and he was patient and helpful the entire time.

Terrell did such a great job . Setting up my iPhone 15 max pro . Went above and beyond to ensure I was well satisfied. Transferred apps and everything from old iPhone to new iphone Definitely will be back .

I was greeted from the time I walked in the door. Both Terrell and Kennedy warmly welcomed me. Terrell unlike most managers was willing to assist me, he quickly gave me multiple options and helped me find accessories that would work for my device, he then handed me off to Kennedy who was a ball of energy, she checked me out and set up my device, I hardly realized how long it took because they were so friendly and polite. They were fast, friendly and knowledgeable.

I went to pay off all my installments that’s I had on my account and Abby Sabatino was the best of the best. I purchased another phone also and she went the extra mile to put all my accessories on my new IPhone 15 Pro Max and I love the phone so much I got the iPhone 15 on Saturday from another customer service person .. That why I will be an AT&T customer for life…I’m also dealing with the public and I know it not easy but if you love your job and then you will love people.

Isiah was great! He helped us set up our new phones when I broken my own! Everyone here was very informative and a normally stressful transition was actually enjoyable! Thanks Isiah, Kennedy, and Jon! I recommend coming here for your phone needs!

Walked into AT&T and was greeted immediately. Kennedy helped us out, she is new but is Amazing and very knowledgeable about products and services! We left a different large service provider we have been with for 20 years due to the quality service we received at AT&T!

Abby is the bomb she has been very helpful and very good at her job I think she needs a raise and she is a very nice young lady and I would recommend her to assist anyone who needs help with there phone or emails . Thank You young lady for all your support

I recently purchased 2 new phones and was having issues with the factory data reset and Kennedy and Terrell were so hopeful and patient with me as I had previously been in the store prior. Great customer service by both!

Jon gave excellent customer service. Even though I didn’t get the phone I wanted at the moment, he was very helpful in finding a second choice and I’m enjoying this iPhone 15 already.

I got a new iphone and just could not get it to work, or talk to my old phone. In desperation, I stopped in to the AT&T store in Mechanicsville. Isiah was there, and he was wonderful! He spent almost 2 hours with me, getting everything fixed and set up. Thank you also to his colleagues, who helped make everything work.
