I gave this location 5 stars. Not because of the food. Even though everything was cooked the way I asked but the GREAT customer service. I sat at the bar and had the pleasure of meeting Derek. He has the best personality I have witness in a long time. When you sit down to eat, shop, or do anything that allows you to interact with others you want someone who is passionate about what they do. I even watched him as he was training his co-worker he was very patient, caring, and just all around friendly. He was moving from the bar to the tables, never missing a beat. I didn't have to wait for him to return to ask for anything before I could turn my head he was there asking do you need anything. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE Derek.

Our waitress was awesome. He made sure we had everything needed before we asked. The food was good. Red Rasberry was delicious.

I go to Texas Roadhouse all the time. But this experience had to be the best. The food and drink were awesome. The Turnpike location is clean with Great Staff. Thank you Angel. You are Great. Tonight was engagement night. ❤❤❤❤❤

My favorite location. We went around 6:30 on Friday and to our surprise we only waited five minutes after calling ahead. Really busy but good customer service. We got a nice booth. Our waitress was extremely kind and accommodating. First time getting the fried pickles. A little salty but still tasty and the crunch is everything. The rolls are always fresh and piping hot. Delicious butter. Smothered chicken never fails. Noise and lively atmosphere might be a too much for some who are overstimulated, but still enjoyable, fun vibe.

We had a short ten minute wait before being seated. Once seated we had an amazing waitress and trainee who took care of us. I ordered a medium well 11oz Sirloin with fries and a loaded baked potato. My steak was juicy, tender and cooked to perfection. The food was amazing.

Birthday dinner with my grandmother, and gotta say they didn't upset! Food was absolutely cooked to perfection from the fried pickles, to the perfect cooked medium rare steak for the whole table. Great experience, and will remain my favorite steak house, hard to beat the quality for the price. Highly recommend. Tried multiple locations and it's always a good meal!

Best Texas Roadhouse I've been to yet! Food was tasty and hot, and the steak was cooked exactly as I ordered it :) Our server, Azhanae, was so friendly and helpful. Rolls were bomb as always. Great experience.

Update: I came in again tonight and once again my experience was wonderful. The greeter and my server did an outstanding job. My steak couldn't have been cooked more perfect and it was seasoned well. Thank y'all again!

Not going to lie... they absolutely nailed my pork chops. They were tender, juicy and well seasoned. It has been awhile since I've ordered them and they were delicious. On top of that the service was great! Everyone from the greeters to the waitress to the manager treated us very well. Thank you for everything!

Jayce was our waiter, and he was THE VERY BEST! We had a party of 12 and he made our experience great! He held his composure and was very helpful, even though I'm sure we were difficult! It was my friend's bday, and he held ish down! I would definitely go back, and absolutely recommend him!!

Ellie was my server and truly made my night enjoyable. She has this air that just makes you feel calm and comfortable. My drinks were always filled and she answered any questions I had. I will be coming back just to see Ellie!

WOW. this place is awesome. i had a 16 oz prime rib. omg best i have ever had. perfection. top shelf. makes outback look silly. chilli was very good. bread was amazing. baked potato was very good. service was perfect. even the ice tea was the bomb. music was great. super nice place. i love it and will go back and recommend big time!!!!

Pork chop was juicy and tender, baked potato was soft and tasted just right. The staff were very friendly and the background music and cheer were just the right level!

Bit noisy though.

Excellent service by our waiter and very warm welcoming by the hostess. We were immediately greeted with a sincere welcome by the hostess. As we approached the case of steaks, the chef explained the various cuts of steaks and ensured that we would enjoy the one we selected. We selected the 24 o ounce Ribeye steak. Eli was our waiter and he was very attentive to us. Our food was tasteful, service was rememberable, and we plan on coming back to this restaurant very soon.

My experience at this location was phenomenal. Kelsey our waitress was a five-star waitress. She was attentive and a very nice. The manager Breyer came by and checked on us often. Great service. Ask for Kelsey when you go there she's the best

This is our regular late lunch early dinner spot. We love the bar area. Lots going on, TVs, music etc… the food is always consistent, the service low key and spot on. Return ? Absolutely!!!

Our steaks, baked potatoes and salads were delicious, and our server, Daquan, was wonderful. He was friendly, polite and attentive.

Waiters are very prompt and the resteraunt provides an overall great service. Steaks are always cooked as requested and food is always hot and fresh when brought to the table.

Service was fantastic. Fried pickles are a little to salty but everything else was great. Steak cooked perfectly.

My coworkers and I love coming here for our monthly unwind time! The drinks are amazing, the food is delicious, and the people are so nice!
