Excellent store, they changed the shoes without any problems and gave a refund. I would like to note the very polite staff, Teresa and John are very knowledgeable employees. They were very polite and kind. Thank you!

I’m giving these guys 5 stars because they’ll cut you custom shoelaces for cheaper than you can get knock-offs on Amazon, whereas other mall retailers will laugh you out the door. Hopefully I’m not the only pet owner who cares about this.

The store is kept clean and organized. The cashier was kind and helpful. Made the exchange process smooth and simple. Even let us walk out wearing the pair just in time for date night 🌙

Nice store, lots of options. Has larger sizes that some other stores might not have. If you turn in your old Timbs they will give you 20% off of new ones

Lots of choices, fast staff, helpful, decent prices. Store was a bit busy due to holidays, but expected. Got a nice pair of deep snow boots with suede for 99$, steal. Also got a coat, which was supposed to be longer than an older one, but only by 2 inches. Her coat is a foot longer...

The customer service here was on point. I went in with my husband to have him try a pair of Timberland boots he's been wanting. The customer service associate was very helpful and friendly. Definitely will go back here when we need to purchase again. There is a large selection of Timberland brand apparel for men and women.

Just make sure you are shopping for the season. We came to buy warm clothes for Washington "Summer" didn't find anything.

That said, the selection was good. Just nothing we were looking for
