If I could give this office a 10 , I would. It was a great experience. I came in with a the thumb injury thought that I would have to get in order to a radiologist. To my surprise they were able to do the x-ray , right there and then informed me that it was a small fractured . The whole staff was very caring and hard working I will definitely continue care with them .

Dr. Farooque and his team are not only helpful and friendly but also excel in their knowledge and patience. Prescilla and Briana, in particular, demonstrate great expertise and understanding with all their patients. I wholeheartedly recommend them to both family and friends.

Valley Health Clinic exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel comfortable right from the moment I walked in. The clinic’s atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating a calming environment.

Dr Rosana is very responsive, expert, and eager to provide safe care with quality. He respects your privacy and try to do the best services. I always come to this clinic for annually vision exam and my eye care. I am happy and well satisfied.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr. Rosana was very professional and kind. I really appreciated him giving me step-by-step info on what he was doing and why, even on simple things like when he went behind the exam chair to plug in a piece of equipment or get eye drops. Very conscientious.

I have been really going to this clinic for the past 4 or 5 years. The staff members really changed and their customer service service as well . Jennifer really does a great job with me and helps me all the time to get my appointment and change whenever I have emergencies. However, the clinic is really busy, so you need to expect that you will be waiting for a little bit . Foraxmaple, you are not going to go and finish in 20 minutes . Overalls they did a great job with me .

Finally, a healthcare provide where they actually take time with the patient and show they care about your health. You are more just a 3 minute discussion here. I was very happily surprised at how much time I was able to spend with each physician and NP that attended to me.

My experiences at this clinic have been great. All the staff have been caring, thorough, and attentive. I didn’t feel short changed, or like my needs were overlooked, and I trust the judgment of the two physicians assistants who saw me, who were both kind and very helpful. Glad I found this clinic.

I went to take a COVID test given the new wave that has hit our area. They were extremely busy, but they were still very polite and patient with everyone. I will now be going here for any medical needs I may need in the future given their good attitude in the midst of chaos. Thank you for all your hard work. Everyone there are true superheroes!

They are really friendly and always welcome their patient. They are ready to take any question you have. I have been coming here since 2016. Great stuff 👍. Nurses are very nice. Dr Farooque is really great and always care about his patient.

My wife referred me to Valley Health Clinic since 2015 because that's her physician I can't since when for her. And I went there for my first physical and I was well treated. I appreciated their medical assistance and I keep the clinic as my physician as well. I also like the diversity at the place from Doctors to the reception, even patients.

Dr Farooque is very thorough and has been my doctor for over 15 years. I always enjoy talking with him and taking advice on my personal Health. His staff and Team is very attentive and professional and I highly recommend Dr Farooque's office for ANY medical advice or treatment.

Everyone at Valley Health clinic are the best. I never had a problem with making my appointments, yes sometimes I had to wait, but with all of the health issues out there these days I have been grateful to them for being able to help me.

Everyone at Valley Health Clinic is extremely polite and helpful. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of medical care.

We had the best possible experience. We were passing through on a road trip when our pup started vomiting and having bloody stool. I called them on a Friday morning and although they were double booked, they scheduled us to come in. The tech was an absolute sweetheart, they ran more tests than the emergency clinic I went to last time this happened. Gave us meds and some CBD samples since Dusty has anxiety induced gastro issues. We were done in exactly an hour and the fee was so reasonable! If we lived in SC we would definitely come here again.

The staffs at Valley Health Clinic were very efficient in process me as a new patient (walk-in) especially Maria, who was super nice and helpful. Dr Farooque was very nice and helpful. Nurse Sadler was nice and fast! Both were very detailed and professional in what they do. This clinic is a one stop clinic, you can physical exams, common illness, eye exams, etc. either make an appointment or walk in. Totally recommend!
