The Woman behind the Counter was Very polite to me and greeted me when I walked in, Answered the questions I had Asked. Just went here for some ice cream after dinner, not only is it always delicious. But a very nice boy helped me and was very fast with my order! Always pleasantly surprised when employees make conversation, it was nice!

I've worked at Dairy Queen so I have experience making and tasting all kinds of ice cream treats. I got a signature cake off their shelf for my cousin's birthday and I have to say, Cold Stone takes the CAKE! Cool staff, quality products, fair price!

I ordered a milkshake with gummy bears and the absolute maniac BLENDED them into the milkshake. Instantly shattered my already tenuous concept of reality. Changed me as a person. Was instantly drained of any hope of feeling joy again. It was actually really tasty so five stars

Employees were very helpful. Ordered an ice cream cake at this location and the employees were very knowledgeable on what to recommend. The ease of ordering and the subsequent pick up was excellent! I would definitely recommend this place over any other ice cream joint here in RVA!

But I have to say 4 days ago I was here with my family an they close the store half an hour early. So take this on mind when you're planning to go.

Cold Stone Cold Stone. An addiction. This is because you cannot go wrong with a custom bowl of ice cream. This service here is wonderful. At times I get disappointed by a bowl that gets made not to my standard, but that is a small price to pay for a bowl of joy. If you are going make sure you create an account to get a bogo deal.
