Chesterfield County Magistrate

I thought this experience would be very monotonous and nerve wracking, however the magistrate was very understanding and professional and they us feel very at ease.

Bryan j Hrbacek Refused to file my criminal complaint to cover for these individuals committing crimes against me. A Brown woman behind the plastic barrier and a investigator attempted to gaslight me and make it seem as if I were a problem and threatened To have me removed because I know my rights. They attempted to provoke a argument but I shut that down completely. Disgusting pathetic individuals The fbi need to come arrest all these individuals involved. I will be making a report regarding this incident on 05/31/2023.

THE MAGISTRATE WITH LONG HAIR WAS VERY RUDE. THREATENED TO MAKE ME SIT OUTSIDE TO WAIT. CRACKED THE DOOR AND SAID "WHAT DO YOU NEED", TRIED TO EXPLAIN I WAS NOT SURE WHAT TO ASK FOR AS FAR AS A PERSON TRESPASSING ON MY PROPERTY. HE TOLD ME WE ARE WAY BEHIND BECAUSE OF ILLNESS. THERE WAS ONE PERSON AHEAD OF ME.????????CHESTERFIELD NEEDS TO HIRE MAGISTRATES THAT ARE HERE TO HELP THE LAW ABIDING PEOPLE, NOT TRY TO KEEP YOU FROM REPORTING TRESPASSING, ETC. CHESTERFIELD COUNTY IS ONLY AS GOOD AS THEIR EMPLOYEES, AND HAS LOST ALL CREDIBILITY SINCE THE 80'S. THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT AND WHOMEVER I CAN CONTACT WILL KNOW ABOUT THE TREATMENT I RECEIVED FOR TRYING TO GET SOMEONE FROM HARASSING ME ON MY OWN PROPERTY.

Judge Vivian Patrick allowed a sheriffs deputy to enter a guilty plea on behalf of a defendant without the defendant present or even aware the charge existed. She needs to be recalled.

If you file a petition they will tell you if you do not receive a call it's not approved. DO NOT believe this. Call to ask. They have horrible service. The people should just handle questions by chat instead of phone because they have zero people skills.

The most uncompassionate and unhelpful people you will ever meet. Instead of finding ways to help people who come to them for help they unempathetically send you away or make you go through hoops to get help. Completely disgusted with the men in this office and it makes sense why some people never get help for criminal matters they may be victims of when there are people like them working in the office that is supposed to be helpful.

They locked me up for 8 days for a crime I didn't commit. The Commonwealth didn't even object to me being released on bond because they know they don't have a case. Mr. Holt should have released me when I was arrested.

The magistrate I dealt with at this office was completely apathetic to my concerns for my safety. They do not care, and it shows. I 100% believe the previous poster as I had the exact same experience. It was very unnerving.

They do not care for the safety of the citizens, they are very nonchalant, give half, wrong or misleading information, and Magistrate Payne does not care for black people in my opinion, he gave me wrong and misleading information on how to protect myself and younger siblings, I'm only 21 and a situation I've never been in occured so I needed help and he was of no help.
