Pivot PT- Chester (Iron Bridge)

I just want to say THANK YOU!! To the wonderful staff at pivot on iron bridges road in Chester. Every second of my recovery process was great with them and the entire staff was amazing! Truly an all around great experience they were patient, friendly , knowledgeable and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get back to 100% and want true professionals helping them out. Thank you all so much for your time and patience with me.

I started Pivot Therapy for a back injury. 3 visits now, and I am seeing improvement and look forward going! My therapist Colby is kind, a good listener and is a great therapist!

I was referred to physical therapy (PT) by my orthopedic doctor for my shoulder (frozen shoulder). I must admit, I was reluctant because I thought a shot of cortisone would alleviate the pain. After going to PT for 4 weeks (twice a week), I FEEL GREAT and now have full range of motion in my shoulder. I would like to THANK the staff, SPECIFICALLY Janice (therapist), she is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and I enjoyed working with her. If you or your family are in need of PT.......This is the place!!!!

Consistent treatment and professional people! Even when I had to change therapists due to my schedule changing, it was like I was still seeing the same therapist! They communicate so well between themselves, then with me, it's like I'm working with the same person and getting the same professional level of service. It started when I had nerve damage after chemotherapy ... they literally taught me to walk again. Now it's my first choice before I look at anything else.

During my time in Chester, I spent many hours at Pivot PT. Diana Brooks, Jojo, Sam…. I know I am forgetting names but two shoulder surgeries, a hip replacement and last a knee replacement meant a lot of rehab and I worked with almost everyone there. This team is so professional, kind and caring. I was always in very, very good hands.

My experience with Pivot was amazing. Mostly, my therapist was Justin. He really worked me hard and got me ready to go back to work where I am on my feet all day at work. The staff at Pivot were amazing. Always so helpful and friendly. I could not have made it back to work if it wasn't for their help.

The members of the staff are friendly and so knowledgeable. After 4 doctor visits one of their therapists actually told me what was wrong. Kelly found the exact point and is working with me. Kelly and Jo are wonderful.

The staff is so nice. The facility is spacious and clean. I would recommend Pivot PT if you’re looking for physical therapy.

Love my physical therapist Connor. He explains everything he is doing and the why behind it. He even has a model so that it makes it easier to understand by seeing it. I can tell a difference in just a short time.
