Select PT is very professional, yet they work like a family. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed. They are very knowledgeable and give lots of information in regards to helping you get back to 100%. Thank you all for helping me.

Select Physical Therapy is GREAT. They take time to listen to you and set up your exercises. They take into consideration your specific needs and work toward your goals.

From the first visit with Bridget, I knew this was a good fit. Over the next few weeks, my sessions with Sarah or Lauren were very productive. They were very supportive and upbeat about regaining back the strength in my foot after surgery. It can be a daunting and slow task to get back the simplest functions, but they encouraged me every step of the way. When my sessions ended (due to insurance) they set up tasks for me to continue at home.

Aaron, my most recent physical therapist, has been first rate in the way he works with me in choosing carefully what he feels that would best suit my situation and in his total attentiveness to me. His positive and sunny attitude alone helps me feel better but my symptoms have also improved significantly under his care! Kudos to him!!

I’ve had 2 pelvic floor therapy sessions with Erica at Select Therapy on Ironbridge Rd. The facility is very organized and clean. The staff is friendly and supportive. Erica is a very knowledgeable therapist. She is encouraging and upbeat. I had been hesitant about scheduling the pelvic floor therapy but so glad I did.

Great staff, both Brittany and Bridget took their time explaining my PT plan, and Brittany has been so friendly and helpful throughout my time there.

I knew absolutely nothing about physical therapy except I heard it was painful. I was hurting more than ever before that day I went to Select PT. The staff was knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. After the initial evaluation they set me on a PT path that focused on the core areas and within weeks the increased flexibility and deceased pain assured me of success. The environment is relaxed yet demanding without being pushy. We laugh and enjoy our time together yet remain focused on the goal of pain free life. Great environment, great staff, and great results.

I am currently in therapy at Select Physical Therapy for the 5th time. I have had consistently excellent care and results. The staff I have interacted with are very professional, well trained, accommodating, and caring. I always hate to see my therapy time come to an end. I would not even consider going anywhere else!

These folks have been awesome with my sons PT challenging him and being careful not to over stress his body. It’s been wonderful and they’re all friendly and funny. They made him feel comfortable and welcome.

Erica was very accomodating. I had something unexpected come up and asked to move my appointment to later in the day. Nothing was available but Erica said bring him in and we will work him in. Erica assisted with my thearpy and did a wonderful job. The entire staff has been great to work with! I would highly recommend Select PT.

Great therapists that address issues to target pain areas. I feel so much better and had relief following the first session. Thank you for being an organization that cares about it patrons.

In the past when I have had to do Physical Therapy, I may have went for a few visits and then said "I've got it and can do it at home" but never did. Now I've been referred again and had the same thought process before going to my initial visit. After checking in I met with Bridget Littrell for my 1st visit. After my visit/evaluation I had a BRAND NEW outlook/perspective on why I was there and what needed to be done. She made me see things in a different way then I had before and I was excited to come back for my next session. I have been going now for a few weeks and still loving it. I have worked with other therapist there, Sara, Erika and Lauren and they are just as great and encourage me all the way. Love all the girls there! (Chester Office)

After being told by my orthopedic that I needed to take Physical Therapy I was worried. After calling the different therapy companies to see who accepted my insurance I found Select. As soon as the doctors office faxed the form over to them they called me to get me in. The staff here is very friendly and they make you feel comfortable. They do not make me feel like they are judging me on my pain scale. They ask how I’m doing and then see what they can do to help. Sandy was wonderful in making sure that my appointments were made for the times that are good for me. I would recommend Select Physical Therapy to everyone.

There are many choices in RVA for physical therapy and I have been to others. After my recent surgery, I chose Select Physical Therapy for location without any knowledge of their reputation.

I can now say that Select Physical Therapy is the best choice I have made for my recovery. Bridget Aiken is by far the most knowledgeable and compassionate physical therapist I’ve worked with. I always feel important and know that Bridget is genuinely interested in my recovery.

We did not know what to expect when my husband started PT a couple of weeks ago, due to the type of therapy he needs. The experience has been above and beyond our expectations! Erica and Bridgett have been fantastic with him - so very grateful!
