Fas Mart

I’m not a regular here but I’ve visited a few times on work assignments. Clean store. There is always someone at the register. BP gas pumps in the parking lot. Big parking lot with plenty of parking. There is a Sbarro inside. No inside dining area.

It's a fast connivence store. Nothing extraordinary, but it does its job!

Convenient - nice staff and they have what you need for beer

Convenient, but I literally saw someone get strangled in broad daylight here while I was putting gas in my car.

This is not the first place you want to go unless you are a regular here.

Literally never open when they should be. AND 30 MINUTES FROM WHEN!?? How do we know when 30 min up. It’s literally 10 people outside rn confused.

I am a regular customer there and I really dread to go in the store
It is convenient for us to go there
But ! The service clerks
Should not been at the counter why we let them to treat us like we owed them something!
Oh I know it is convenience
The managers are nice but 2 of the young clerks are just nasty
I used to buy a lot stuff there from ice to propane and sodas
And i am limited to just may be one visit a week. I made my point not to go back there!
Please whom ever is in charge or own this stablishment
Care about your customers
I know there are a lot of nice people that will like to work there!
This ladies are disrespectful toward customers
We had complained to head Quarters and this two young cashiers still Rude if they don't like their hob please go somewhere else
Don't take it on us the customers that help ti pay your salaries.

I arrived at this location to get gas and the line was out the door. The manager was just sitting down laughing and talking while customers continued to wait in the line. This store has horrible customer service and no idea of urgency and fails to live up to their name FASTmart smh. My sister use to work here but left because the conditions were so bad. I’ve watched them personally add water to sides to try n use them for the next day. The food does not ever look interesting, just looks days old. I only stop for cigarettes or gas at this point but after today they have lost me as a customer. I do not recommend ever eating there.The manager was not wearing her mask correctly as well, which I included in the pictures.

I'm sitting here at the store says it opens at 6 am ..but I guess the employees at east main Richmond VA can open the store when ever they please they said they not going to open till seven..with customers sitting outside waiting .

I frequent this location and there is a tall slim brown skinned girl that has tattoos and wears her hair in a ponytail I've seen her be rude on several occasions, she never greets customers as they approach the register . I stop there today and witnessed yet again her act rude to 2 other customers and I decided then that she needs to be reported, I've been Managing a financial institution for 14 yrs and prior to that I managed Racetrac gas station / convience store with that being said i can truly say this young lady is not customer service friendly .

One time they had a deal 'Two for..' a certain amount. When it was rang up, that particular deal wasn't available, apparently without manager approval, and when I pointed it out I was rudely told by the clerk, "maybe you should go somewhere else." I asked for the manager, and was told a manager wasn't available, so after having shopped here for months with quite a few, albeit rather minor, complaints, I finally decided this was the last straw. The workers there are extremely rude and lucky to still be working there... not to mention the terrible food, which I was unfortunate enough to only try once. If you can avoid coming to this 'convenience' store for even the simplest of all needs, I suggest you do so at all costs and drive just a little farther for a better place.

They close whenever they want. Constantly showing up even hours before they are supposed to be closed and the lights are eoff and doors closed with no notice.

Extremely rude service! Bought a cord was the wrong type and went to exchange 30 seconds and was told that they do not exchange electronics I was willing to pay the correct charge for the right cord and was told no!
Call the number on the door just rude and uncooperative called and canceled the entire charge see how you like not going paid for any of the stuff I got !

Not open when they say they are. Rude manager

More often then no their pumps are down. They do not even bother to have a sign up so you will not turn into the lot.
