Always love the bulk stores but the prices here are unbeatable. Plus the customer service is top notch. And you just can't beat the annual membership price. Would recommend to anyone that needs this type of store in their life.

With such a great promotion for membership ($20.00 for new members and able to add one complimentary member), I had a great shopping experience today! I saved $30.00 for a 40-pound bag of dog food! It's great to have options since things are so expensive.

While they don't have everything all the time, they have more than enough to keep you happy and satisfied. Plus, other things that I didn't know I needed. Only draw back is parking can be difficult at times.

This is a great sams location. I use them very often, they are very busy during the day and weekends but are pretty vacant after 6. I use their in store pickup and it's great, I just check in at the kiosk near checkout lane 2 and they bring up all the stuff I ordered. No fighting the crowd and wondering where everything is and it's FREE. Must try...

Never a bad experience here with prices or employees. It can get busy but that's Jacksonville for you and their deals obviously draw big crowds. They always handle any rushes as efficiently as possible and self checkout runs smoothly if your smart enough to read and follow prompts.

If shopping only once,a month, if you're planning large family or church-group activities, if you may want a reasonable article of clothing (mostly sporty or daily) for the whole family, if you need food for a larger group then Sam's is,a great place. Occasionally prices,are better than regularly priced food stores but membership offers viable options from fresh fruits and veggies, to meats and canned goods, to jewelry and outdoor furniture. Have been shopping at Sam's for well over 20 years. Gas prices can't be beat!

So much easier for me since I'm sole caregiver for hubby 24/7. Order online as I go through house and pickup later in just a matter of minutes.

Best of the bulk stores IMHO. And this is one of the better stocked stores. I also find the prices here are slightly lower than other locations. Store is usually clean and neat. Bathrooms are clean. They have a great little eat-in food court area with ample seating.
Best rotisserie chickens I've found (and at the lowest price!) It's the only place i buy meat other than a small privately owned butcher shop I frequent.
Customer service is very good. If I need anything, I simply need to ask. That includes loading large/heavy items into my car.
I love the different options for checkout. I mostly use the scan and pay app so I don't even have to wait in line. I also know exactly what I'm spending as I shop.
If I listed everything I love about shopping here, this review would be ridiculously long(er).

The place has great, cheap gas. The place also has absolutely amazing prices on most things like soda as well. The only issue here are the people.

I was in line to get my gas and the guy in front of me was bleeding out of his arm after ripping his stitches open.

Thankfully I had gloves in my car so my hands didn't get bloody, but beware!!!

I enjoy the deals here. The ability to scan on the phone and checkout is amazing. I can’t tell you enough how important Sam’s is to my life. The savings is huge, the convenience of having things at home without going out into the world, and the selection is pretty nice.

Always great. Prices are competitive to Costco and they also have a lot of the same items. Plus they accept more credit cards and have their own phone app where you don't have to get in line and scan your own items as you go. Pretty convenient and flawless.

Mrs Pamela saw me looking for some catering racks and because they ran out she called her son who worked for another company to make sure they had it. Customer service was outstanding!!

We got in right before it closed getting supplies for a church function and the associates were very, very helpful with our list of supplies. We appreciate the helpful associates. We do have one request...stop moving the merchandise in the refrigerator section and keep seasonal refrigerator items ALL year long.

Great store, usually clean and well stocked. Absolutely love the samples that are available. They have very reasonable prices on their meats and a decent selection as well. This is also one of the best places to buy cat litter ( if you use Fresh Step.) as you get more for the same prices at other stores.
