My preordered phone arrived and Josh was kind enough to accommodate me by traveling out of his way to switch my phone to complete the process. His demeanor is genuine and pleasant. It is difficult to find honest people these days in our challenging world. Josh made me feel comfortable trusting him with priceless information on my business phone. Verizon is lucky to have such an asset!

Catharine Taylor was very helpful and very thorough with helping us set up and account with verizon. She heard our needs and wants and helped us find the best plan for us ! She didn’t push over and was very kind. Excellent Service !

Had an amazing experience with Taylor at Verizon today. Finally made the switch from AT&T! Taylor took his time with me to make sure I traded my phone in for the perfect one and I even ended up with a free tablet for only $10 a month! Whoo Hoo! Go Taylor!

Came in for help with my insurance phone and Tanjil was phenomenal! Great company and was fast! Helped me get back in to my accounts and knew a lot of solutions to problems! Would recommend to anybody!

Mike was at the GA National Fair in Perry, GA. His customer service skills were amazing. He helped me in person then over the last few days he helped me children who were in different locations (one out of state) help transfer their old numbers from Straight Talk to Verizon in less than 30 minutes while on the phone with them. My one child waited on the phone an hour and half with Verizon Customer and had no idea how to help him. Mike worked MAGIC!!!! I highly recommend him even being out of state. He is VERY knowledgeable!!! Floridians y’all need to go see him at this store! I definitely giving them 5 stars!!!! ⭐

I had an issue with my Xfinity email, but I use Verizon services. Lance Liverman helped me out even though it wasn't a Verizon issue and he didn't have to help me. I understand their job is commission but he was a gentleman enough to take time to help. Stand up guy and I appreciate the help.
