bought car #4 and #5 from Gordon last week. Dealt with my usual salesperson, Sharri. as always, she’s quick to answer my calls and texts. even takes the time out to answer me if i happen to text her on her day off. when i was in sales, i would never answer the phone on my day off.

dealt with the new and used car managers, both honest and transparent. finance manager is spectacular and not pushy.

went and got some part add-ons for my car and Corey in service helped me. he rocks and goes above and beyond to ensure i am taken care of quickly.

one of the cars i bought, a 2024 corvette, there was no market adjustment pricing like Beaver Chevy does.

5 cars from here, there will definitely be more.

So this is the 4th time me and my wife have gone through the process of trading in a vehicle. I can easily say that this was the easiest vehicle purchase we’ve ever experienced. Thank you to Nicholas for all of your assistance and the practically seamless process.

You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, you get friendly people who don’t try to “push” anything on you. Tammy Lieser, second time working with her and she did a great job, again. Came in to trade a Malibu for something a little easier to get out of. The Malibu was a great car, father time wasn't great on me. First car she shown me was perfect 2024 Trail Blazer slide in and out easily. That was my first concern and she nailed it. Was looking to finally get a brand new chevy truck i’ve had several older ones and still have one for a work truck and they have sold me on chevy, i stopped by here and Justin Dehart was outside ready to help and we started the process of finding exactly what i was looking for in my new truck we found it and he went to retrieve it personally I thought that was cool, we got the deal done and everyone has been real helpful to me I could contact him right now and he would be glad to help I appreciate that as well, as i get familiar with the vehicle. I traveled from the Palm beach area to Jacksonville just to get my new vehicle. I had searched high and low for a particular vehicle. I spoke mostly with Nigel on the phone, and he was kind, and saved the car until I could come. Tammy picked me up from the airport, and was my sales woman. Tammy was so amazing. Sooooo nice, and made me feel extremely comfortable. She quickly got on all the paperwork, had the car already detailed, and the gas tank filled before I left. Nikki, the finance woman who helped was also transparent, kind, patient, and not pushy. They truly were no gimmicks or games. It was by far the best experience I could have asked for. I’m truly grateful that they even thought to have a woman pick me up from the airport. Thankful to Gordon’s for a great vehicle and an even better car experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car and especially to women who don’t have anyone to go with them.

Corey did a amazing job. Stuck in Florida from Montana with a bad transmission. Very professional and communication was next level. Outstanding customer service! I brought my truck in due to a transmission issue. My service advisor was Cory Mcaninch. He did an awesome job keeping me in the loop throughout my truck being repaired. When he realized my truck was taking longer than planned he contacted me and got me a rental. Fast and friendly service. They took very good care of me and I will definitely keep coming back to this dealership for any issues with my truck. I highly recommend them.
