Care First Dental - Dentures, Crowns, Invisalign

I was surprisingly pleased with the following: The waiting room was not crowded. The receptionists were extremely patient and courteous. The nurse that worked on me was gracious. The doctor was professional & pleasant. This was a wonderful experience.

When I arrived, I was a hour early, bt they didn't make me feel outta place. I did my registration and 20 mins later I was in the chair. 1 dental assistant in particular was sooo polite, very patient with me. She explained everything I needed to know. She was very professional and made sure I was comfortable with the procedure before the dentist came in. Her name is Ms Whittaker! I can't remember her 1st name! I called a few relatives and told them abt my experience and suggested they become a client as well. Again, thank u for that wonderful experience! Ms Whittaker, take a bow!

Some of the reviews are funny..someone said..”medicaid scam”!! .. smh.. I am thankful for this dentist accepting my medicaid!! I am pleased with them. The dentist made me comfortable.. was honestly the best extraction Ive had.. they actually wanted to save my tooth!! Thank you for accepting medicaid and helping those who need oral health treatments that can’t afford to actually get the work done!!! Blessings to the staff.. they work hard with the many patients that cant go anywhere else!! 5 ⭐ for accepting medicaid patients 5star

I recently had my swimming pool repaired by a fantastic team of professionals. They were prompt, efficient, and the results are incredible. My pool looks brand new!

My first time going to this dentist he was very patient and took his time he assured me I wasn't gonna feel no pain and I didn't not even when he numbed me up I would recommend people to go to him for dental work. It was a great experience

The staff was friendly and prompt. Very professional. My biggest concern was that there was no parking not even handycap. My driver could not even find a public restroom.

I felt relaxed and in good ,professional hands. The dentist explained the procedure to me and made it as comfortable as possible. If not for the wait I would give my experience there a 10 but it was a strong 9.

Honestly the best I have been to .Had two root canal and no pain at all .was done fast and very nice people .Going back for the rest of my procedure.soon .

Jessica, Fouad and the help desk attendants were professional and friendly, took extra mile and Jessica helped working on my teeth same day before taking her break, instead having only X-ray done same day and working on my teeth next appointment, since they only open Monday and Wednesday and they have appointments for others and it is not easy to get appointments except a month out which is understandable, Thanks to Allah everything went great. And being polite is the key, I was supposed to leave and come back after their break I just asked the person name and thanked them immediately they said wait let’s get your teeth worked on now. I missed their voicemail to cancel the appointment for this day and the extra mile they still took me I guess it depends on how busy they are at that moment, thank you all. I did not lose the day I took off from work. Thanks to Allah

My visit to the dentist was a pleasant surprise! I hadn't anticipated such kindness and attentive care. The experience left me feeling incredibly thankful for their warm, personal approach that made my worries disappear.

Dr Morrison is the best dentist that I have met in my life. He is very caring and awesome with his work. His dental team is awesome too. This is the dentist you want to work in your mouth. Don't pay no attention to them negative reviews, trust me him and his staff are the best at what they do.

Got an appointment in a timely manner which is rare these days due to Covid...waiting room was clean and didn't have to wait long at all...all the staff was very friendly and comforting to someone that has dental anxiety 👍

GREAT PRACTICE. JESSICA THE DENTAL ASSISTANT IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXPLAINED THE PROCEDURE THOROUGHLY. HOWEVER I KEPT HAVING ISSUES WITH MY NEW DENTURES AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD REDO THEM. WE'LL SEE

I Don’t usually write reviews but I felt as though I had too. My experience with dental first was amazing ! The staff was very helpful and most importantly their work is good & it’s affordable . Definitely would recommend! I didn’t catch her name but the lady with the purple hair was the BEST!!!

In reference to Care First Dental in Richmond on 503 E Main St they are very professionals and show respect to their clients. They are helping the people in the best way possible and as soon as possible. I enjoyed my visits to their office its nothing mean about them. People just needs to be grateful to have these people it may take longer to fit because it is sent to another Laboratory. Its a good place to go love your neighbors who is kind to you.

The staff is amazing here, Jessica is so kind, she's been with me through the whole process of getting my dentures, she's helped me pick colors shapes, she's made sure I did this right. I can't wait for the final process.
