This place is clean and everyone I’ve encountered has been so lovely. The speed queen app is so user friendly. I called in to verify they had a washer/dryer big enough for 3 weeks of laundry and the person I spoke with on the phone was so helpful.

Great laundromat. High quality machines and the app makes the process simple. Dryers are fantastic and do such a great job I don’t need to iron my shirts. The vibes are incredible at this laundromat.

Hands Down the Best Laundrymat in the City of Richmond! Clean!! Every machine in the place is clean no funny smells in them. What I loved the most, the place where put your detergents into had no build up of old detergents at all!! I checked each 1 all were clean an the dryers were spot on as well. Highly recommend 👌

The Cleveland Laundromat is the nicest managed laundromat I’ve seen. I feel safe if I am there late. There is a good corner store next door. Across the street is a lovely apartment building with a grass area where folks play frisbee and owners play fetch with their dogs. It’s a pretty area. I can leave my laundry and not worry about anyone stealing it. The machines and dryers are not too old, and they always work. If one is ever out of order, the owner fixes it asap. He is proactive and very attentive. Once I mistakenly ran the machine adjacent to the one I had my laundry in, and he gave me the quarters to run the proper machine. He has kindness in his eyes. I can tell it matters to the owner that his business is ran properly, and that his customers are pleased and content with the operation. This laundromat also offers Speed Queen, an app that allows you to use your credit card to use the machines. It’s a very convenient and clever technology if you’re interested. I saw one complaint in the reviews and it was “not much parking”. It is the museum district so it doesn’t have its own parking lot, (what laundromat does in the fan/museum district?) but frankly, I rarely have an issue with parking. I have no complaints or any conductive criticism to offer.

If the Strawberry location gets busy I head here for the same experience as they have the same owner and I get the same clean experience. Bonus on this location is the little market next door with a great selection of wine and craft beer and ciders; along with some great snacks while doing the wash.

I am impressed! I downloaded the Speed Queen app and was able to pay for the dryer with the app. I've been to many laundromats over the years and this one gives great heat for time and money spent. That's always been a sore point but not here! I'll be back for sure when I need it

Very clean, all machines were working when I was there, Speed Queen app lets you reserve and pay for machines on your phone! Also they don't rush you out at 11:00 if you still have a few things drying. This was my first time, I will definitely be back!

Great little place. Not fancy, nothing extra, but it's clean and well lit and gets the job done. And the little market next door is great!

Easy, clean, in-and-out laundromat with a variety of washer and dryer sizes. Fun, community atmosphere, with ability to exercise in the neighborhood while waiting. Painless choice after our home washer broke. Our 12-year old daughter was mesmerized by watching the process so maybe will hook her on chores. Cafe vibe! Easy parking, benches, local market next door, mags., change, candy and detergent dispensers are a bonus! People easily chat with one another too. Washed and dried three huge loads for $20. Timesaver too, done for the week in 1.5 hours.

Quarter-free laundry=best laundromat of all time. Don’t forget to bring your own detergent and dryer sheets! The washers take 28 minutes so you can get all laundry done in an hour 😍 Saved my tush during a tough time.

Absolutely fantastic customer service!! I came in to wash a huge comforter and stupidly put the detergent in the wrong spot! I got 10 minutes into my wash and realized that there weren't any bubbles in the machine. I called to ask what I might have done wrong and he offered to restart my machine!! I didn't have to pay to wash the load again! Great place! I'll definitely continue to use them!

Great laundromat. It's clean, and the machines are rarely ever broken. There's a nice industrial size fan inside for days it's really hot. They have a bench outside for smokers and there's a convenience store next door.

I've been happy coming to this location for the past year but last night I had the pleasure of meeting the owner who struck up conversation and wouldn't take no for an answer when he sent me home with an extra laundry bag. I definitely didn't have enough basket space for everything so he saved me from having to carry out blankets in the rain, thank you!!

I love washing my clothes here. It's clean and well priced! The washers and dryers are quick and efficient. Plus, it's nice to hang out and do laundry with friends and neighbors.

My nearest laundry mat, i wish it had more card usable machines especially since i already don't like touching quaters or cash in general and definitely covid doesn't help, but it's a nice area and parking could be worse

Tiny laundromat but it’s always clean. Other patrons tend to be quiet, clean, and masked so I never feel I need to rush out and fold at home.

Just a good solid neighborhood laundromat. Not the cheapest place to get the job done, but if you live in the Museum District there is not a better place to clean your clothes.

Very clean establishment. I love using the Speed Queen app for a cash free option. No more finding an ATM! Owner is frequently there and always willing to help.

This place is clean and nice. Great lil store next door for anything you might need. Some great washer and dryer options, including and dryer big enough to dry a wet whale!!!
