Party Zone Event Rentals

The coordinator I worked with alessia was extremely helpful on making sure we had what we needed including the things we didn’t think about, the rentals where up earlier than expected which helped with set up and they were very accommodating with working around other weddings at our venue!

We order chairs for my daughter's wedding and Due to last minute weather issues, we had to add a tent to our order, at the very last minute. This company was FANTASTIC to work with. A special shout out to Alessia who was beyond patient with all of my questions and last minute scrambling to make sure our event was perfect. The people who set up our tent were also fabulous. They arrived early and went out of their way to make sure everything was set up perfectly for our event.
I think the bests part about working with this company is that they truly care about providing the BEST service to their clients.
They were simply fantastic to work with!

Could not have been easier, kinder or better to deal with. Needed a huge tent, tables, chairs and linens on incredibly short notice for a celebration of life. This was the only company that could fulfill the request, but were also by far the most responsive, helpful, and most reasonably priced. I shared my vision and Alessia had a great idea for execution-- the crew was so quick and efficient at setting up and taking down the tent. 10/10 recommend this company for all your rental needs.

I’ve recently had my wedding, and it turned out so beautiful!! They made such a simple yet elegant decoration and I loved it! We also had the chance to also reserve some other items like a tent and some heaters since the weather was pretty cold. The tent was huge and spacious, heaters were such a great help by keeping us and our guests warm, I would love to give thanks to Party Zone for making my wedding amazing! And I would 100% recommend for anyone doing any type of event!

We rented a combo bouncy house and a slide for our daughter's seventh birthday and it was a blast! The delivery and set up of the bouncy house was on time as promised, set up quick, and efficient. Service was very pleasant and helpful. A water slide was a hit on a hot day for the party quests and friends. Definitely recommend!

We rented a 30‘ x 110‘ tent For a New Year’s eve party from party zone. The interaction from the time we ordered till it was taken down could have not been better. The installers were very friendly and The price is very reasonable and they are very quick to get out should you have any problems. I had a heater problem and they sent a representative out quickly to take care of the problem. I will definitely be using party zone again for all my events.

Let me say that Betsy is clutch for this company. I initially went to this horrible place called Hamburger Party Rental do not go there you will be extremely disappointed and very upset when you leave from that poor customer service. However, when I found Party Zone Events they are the BEST party rental place I had been in a while. Betsy even stayed past closing because I told her I was more than 20 minutes away from her over her closing time and she told me she would wait. Not only did she wait but she is one of the kindest, sweetest and most helpful person I have run into in a while. If you have any party needs please make sure you go to Party Zone Events you will not not be disappointed.

Beyond AMAZING customer service! The ordering, delivery and payment process were such a breeze! Product was just what we needed! Not only were they great but so helpful as well-recommended a sister company that we utilized as well. We have already made plans to use them ONLY for all future party needs. Great service, I love how they have exactly what I want when I want it, everything is fast and easy to do, they’re very punctual on the times I need them to be there to decorate or to take things down, they do everything exaclty how I wanted them to decorate the location, the fabrics they use are great quality, they’re not cheap old things you usually find anywhere. Everything was perfect I definitely recommend them to anyone!

Party zone has been a lot of events for us for the past 2 years, they have the best sound systems, tents of any size, chairs and even tables. Anything that you need to make your event a special one, they have it. Highly recommend it.

The organization I work for, the Virginia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, has had the pleasure of working with Party Zone and Alberto Tobar to successfully put on the Que Pasa Festival of Virginia in downtown Richmond as well as other events for multiple years now. They have provided us with many elements ranging from the main stage, the dance floor and tents to even just the tables and chairs. It is always a smooth process working with Alberto, he's kind and reliable not to mention the extensive knowledge he has regarding his equipment and what is necessary to put on a successful event. The Que Pasa Festival saw over 15,000 attendees this year which goes to show you how large of a crowd they can accommodate.

Party Zone Rentals was awesome. I needed to find sashes the day of the event. Not only were they open on a Saturday but they had the sashes I needed at reasonable price.
