Take parking garage ticket inside for validation. Add 5 or more minutes to your trip if using the parking garage. Ramp access at top level, large hallways and doors. Double check appointment times. Great Staff!

The new facility is probably the best in the area.
Staff is friendly and attentive will get you taken care of in a timely manner. I checked in at 230 and was gone by 330. The best.
PA Karen Coleman rocks! Good at her career and good people.

Parking for free is a premium.
The free lot directly beside the building fills fast. Only 20 spaces.
Do not use the meter parking. Hit the Garage, it’s covered by VA.

If you have to use the garage there is a charge of 2.00. Just tell the person that checks you in, they will cover it.
