Helen is amazing! She has been piecing me back together when I find myself with an injury. She not only helps alleviate my problem but then gives me exercises and programs to help avoid future injuries. She solved my 5+ year old knee injury & never accepted “it’s the better than it has been” as an answer. She never accepts anything less than perfect!
