I greatly enjoyed my stay at the hotel in March 2016. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and quiet. It was so fun riding in the elevator, thinking of all the people over the many many years that also rode in the same elevator.The restaurants that the staff recommended in the area where great, the food was delicious and reasonably priced. I will definitely stay here again when I am in Richmond!!

A safe place for those who have no where to go. It's a much better solution than being homeless. At least an effort is being made to keep people off of the streets. I'm very glad places like this are available to people who need help.

This is not a regular hotel. Many of the guests are in recovery or re-entry from incarceration. Most rooms are just 1 bed with 1 bathroom. The building is old.

Pretty nice hotel with friendly staff and residents. Great central location, within walking distance of everything you would need to make a great visit.
