Glad I called them! Great service and quick response to an emergency situation. Both toilets and bathroom tub/showers were not flushing thru. Started backing up on a Thur night. Called another plumbing company Fri morning at 7AM who never called me back. So decided to call SW Plumbing at 12N based on the Google reviews. Drew came out that afternoon/evening, went under the crawl space and then James came and ran camera’s down our pipes and found the blockage. They gave me a quote to do the work and had the utility companies out late that evening to ensure we got the permits to start the work. First thing Sunday morning Reggie and Rob came and started the difficult work of digging the yard up, replacing the clogged pipe, fixing a detached pipe under the house and resealing the toilets w/ new wax rings. They were very thorough and took the time to explain what was being done and what will happen next. Another guy is coming to hydro jet the pipes to ensure everything is flowing properly and pipes are completely cleaned out. I highly recommend calling them to resolve your plumbing issues properly and in a thorough manner. Will need to wait 1 more day to get the city inspector back out to double check their work and fill the hole, but feel confident all will go well. Thank you Drew, James, Reggie and Rob. We had a great experience with Southwest Plumbing. Sure we could have had a cheaper price from someone else but the professionalism was far and above our expectations . Raul and Steven were very friendly and kind. They explained things very well and communicated continually throughout the project. Raul and Steven were quick, clean and efficient getting the job done way quicker than we would have thought. Leaving our yard back to the way it was. Thank you men, keep up the good work.

We knew something was wrong when our 12 year old water heater was delivering scalding hot water through the faucets inside the house. We had a feeling the thermostat had "bit the dust". The day it happened, we called and South West Plumbing was there within 45 minutes. That means a lot. Yep! The thermostat showed no response when tested and there were issues with the elements. Within a couple of hours we had a new hot water tank installed. "Vincent" and his assistant apprentice were so polite, descent and knowledgeable. Financing was available and now we don't have to worry about a major appliance we often take for granted, not working. Yes, a hot water tank can stop heating water... but it can also heat the water too hot for safety. Don't wait. Call South West Plumbing

Customer service agent was kind and helpful. Communication between text and email was excellent. We had a technician out to fix our toilet within a couple hours.Ozzy, our technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He worked hard to fix our issue as quickly as possible. They came out this morning around 9:30 to fix my outside faucet
There were three of them.everything were explained to me about the procedure before they started. After they explained to me about replacing the faucet they also showed me what it was going to cost to fix it.I agreed and signed the contract. They did a wonderful job in replacing the faucet. There was a hole around the neck of the old faucet that drove me bunkers.they sealed and insulated the hole around the New faucet without me asking them.I also was given a Senior citizen discount.they were friendly and kind as well as very professional. They did a wonderful job.they know their job very well. I can't thank them enough for a job well done.

This past week we had a plumbing emergency that turned out to be bigger than we initially thought, and we quickly became overwhelmed with the potential disaster. Our home is old, with the expected cast iron pipes, knob & tube wiring, etc. It needs a lot of work there's a long list of improvements on our years long plan to be tackle.

When the cast iron main return from one of the bathrooms became clogged, we did everything we could to fix it and then called plumbers. It turned out the pipe was nearly rusted through, wasted built up and blocking everything. A previous plumber made a shoddy repair that led us to believe the issue was resolved and we could simply wait until that improvement reached the top of the list. Well, on this week it shot to the top of the list.

From the moment we reached out to South West, we were met with competence, professionalism, and a lot of compassion. They recognized the urgency of the situation and wasted no time in getting a team to our house to fix the problem. They took the time to confirm the severity of the issue and ensure we were being taken care of. Nobody wants a surprise plumbing issue like this but they handled it with extraordinary compassion and professionalism, completely putting our minds at ease and worries to rest.

What really blew us away was the level of dedication and commitment everyone we talked to showed in helping get us our bathroom back in use. They went above and beyond, assessing the issue, scheduling us quickly, the technicians doing the work, every part of the experience. It was evident they genuinely cared about our well-being and wanted to minimize the disruption to our lives.

It's rare to see large companies, or many small ones for that matter, actually prioritize people and show the kind of compassion and technical expertise that South West did. They're customer service, value, and expertise is truly commendable. We feel very fortunate to have found a company we can trust and rely on for all our plumbing needs.

Southwest Plumbing IS the one to call!!! Our hot water tank broke and we were scheduled immediately for service! Jim came out and replaced our 20 year old tank, along with other items that were about to break. His knowledge and expertise was both noticed and appreciated. He completed the job in a timely manner with the utmost professionalism...a real pleasure to have in our home. We have used Southwest Plumbing in the past for our needs and have always been very happy with their services. I'd recommend them 100% to anyone needing any service they offer! They are good people!

Kirk and Daniel did the new line to the water main and were communicative and efficient despite rain and hail. They treated my house like it was their own and were very respectful of working around our daily lives so the change over was virtually unnoticeable. Kirk cheerfully did some additional maintenance work at my request while they were waiting for the inspector. We've done a lot of home projects over the last few years and were pleasantly surprised that something as significant as moving from well to main turned out to be one of the smoothest and quickest upgrades. You wouldn't even know they'd been here other than the improved water quality and water pressure.

From the beginning phone call to the final replacement of our water heater your team was amazing. Made the first call just after 10am and talked to the nicest most helpful person possible. By 2pm my new water heater was installed and ready by 2 very friendly gentleman who did am amazing job. I'll definitely being calling southwest plumbing for any future work I need done. Although the first day they couldn't come...the second day, we were kept closely informed of their progress and arrival time. They were pleasant, explained cost and went right to work. The work was constant, proper tools kept in a bucket, floor covered with their mat. They could not have been a better team. We were very pleased.

Hard working, clear communicating, and quality equipment for my sewer line repair! They took over three hours inspecting and evaluating my sewer line issues and then quickly broke down their plan of action, estimated costs, and financing options.
They inspected my sewer line on a Tuesday morning, and by Thursday night they had trenched and installed a new 50 ft line.

They even let my dog out to go potty when I was away for work. Great company!

It is refreshing when you call a company and 1) they get back to you quickly and 2) you can get service the same day even though it was not an emergency. Abel and Daniel were here at our house within the allotted time we were told. Their appearance was clean and neat with ID badges that I could see. Showed them my project needs. Abel within a very short time diagnosed the first problem and discussed with me the solution to the issue. I appreciate Abel and Daniel answering all my questions, showing me the issues and completing the work in a timely fashion. We asked them to come out because our dish washer wasn't draining. Daniel was amazing! Worked quickly to find the issue and solve it. His supervisor came too, to put a camera through our pipes to make sure it was clear. Daniel even went into our crawl space to ensure there were no leaks. Above and beyond! This is the 2nd time we've used South West Plumbing and will stay with them for every plumbing need!

When we needed to have our outside faucets and pipe repaired, South West made it easy. They had plenty of days and times available. I really appreciated that weekends were no problem. The plumber, Jim, came in and got right to work. He got everything repaired within less than 1 1/2 hours. He was professional the whole time, and swept up after himself. For future plumbing needs, we will definitely look to South West.

Evan came out and did a fantastic job. He listened to what my problem was and then explained how and why it was leaking. We would like to recognize Abel and Daniel for doing a great job and being very professional. Our plumbing issue was a recurring broken 225 foot main service line. They quickly identified all the existing problems, and walked through various solutions and costs with my wife and I at a detailed level.

Once the job (which lasted 3 days) started, they showed great communication skills at providing ongoing job status. Abel and Daniel also made sure that we were comfortable by ensuring that we had water every day. At the end of the job the landscaping was returned to its original state.
