Queen Bee Cafe

I come in once a week or so and am always happy with the experience. I feel good supporting this local business as it came from a great cause and has a nice story. I’m always treated well by staff and appreciate the warm and inviting vibe this shop has. There is good energy here. The other patrons are always kind, friendly and respectful. All the food I’ve tried has been delicious and high quality. All the beverages I’ve tried has also been great and I regularly drink the drip, espresso and latte drinks. I get a lot of work done here and this is a focused environment but also keep in mind that during peak times it’s a popular hangout and business meeting place so it will get much louder but that is short lived. Generally the volume is not too bad and does not disturb others either. I happy and will keep coming back! There is ample parking and the bathrooms are clean and accessible. Thanks Queen Bee!

I love this cute place.
I stopped by there for a break at my bike ride. Just few minutes from 520 trail.
Spacious inside and confy outdoor seatings too. There are parking area and also "bee shaped bicycle rack". So cute.
I got "hive crumpet" which is English pancake with whipped cream, sesame, pistachio bits and honey on it. The pancake is tea plate size so that you would add more something if you are hungry. They have sweet and savory options.

Tasteful and stylish interior. Plenty of light from the wall of windows if you want to read or study. The fireplace adds a cozy element during cold or rainy weather.
The orange mocha though was the "pièce de résistance"! You must try the orange mocha!! The knocked my socks off, with the shavings of real orange zest. There used to be this local ice cream shop in Issaquah (Far-Far's) that made their own ice cream. Chocolate orange chip was the cat's meow. Likewise, in the 90s "Cafe Counterintelligence" (overlooking Pike Place Market) "had their iced coffee frappe - the Tangier Taxi
But alas, neither are no longer with us. And I haven't found anybody duplicating that flavor until today. I'll be back!!!

I saw a Queen Bee under construction in Kirkland! Woohoo!My first experience was at the Bellevue location. Good coffee, really nice baristas and even nicer patrons. The layout of the cafe is so cozy and clean that my friend and I stayed for over an hour. Easy to maintain 6' feet of social distancing.

Get their salmon toast! Perfect healthy breakfast place with coffee served from a local roastery. Cafe has good seating and lots of street parking

5-star hive crumpets!

Great spot for breakfast or lunch. They never disappoint on taste or friendliness and their mission to give back is stellar. Parking can be challenging. There is indoor and outdoor seating and a special seating area for kids.

I visit twice weekly and it's always been amazing food, coffee ☕ and atmosphere 😋
Employees are a plus and the establishments mission too.

This place has very interesting and unique food like crumpets and foods with burrata and honey and other good ingredients. Everything we got was tasty, including the coffee! The place had a cool design with many good seating areas. Good place to meet up with people or study. I will be coming again!

Great spot for coffee close to the 520 bike trail, with good coffee and pastries. It’s also very baby and kid friendly, with child-size small booths, drawers with toys and shelves with kids books.

The place was very busy yet everything was out quick and delicious. One of my favorite cafes in Bellevue and would definitely go back when in the area.

I got a latte and the bagel with locs for lunch. Food was great and the coffee was hot. I'll definitely be back.

Loved the atmosphere. Tried a new coffee and loved it. Apple fritter was delicious.

Not just for ladies! This is a great coffee shop. The name and appearance made me believe that this was some kind of feminine restaurant where high tea and quiches were served on lace doilies. Not so! Drone bees will feel comfortable here too, and it doesn't feel overly feminine. Also, I believed that their motto, "You dine, we donate" was code for "Unreasonably overpriced, but you aren't allowed to gripe because it's for charity." Also not true. Prices were very reasonable. Nice place!

Been coming here with my family for a while now. The staff are all really wonderful and what make this place amazing. The food is also good.

Wonderful service, the food was yummy, and the seating area is so comfortable and welcoming. I got a Hive Crumpet which was delightful, and an Epic breakfast sandwich. My friend got the same sandwich and egg white bites. Everything was great, the croissants were so flakey and crispy.

Great for a quick breakfast and a coffee

Lovely shop in a great location. Small servings, but maybe that's a good thing! An American take on some British dishes, which is interesting to say the least! The crumpet waffle is a surprisingly good dish. Plenty of parking, sitting space, and wifi.

A beautiful Cafe with comfortable chairs and free wifi - I could have worked there all day. Website didn't mention they had a limited menu so that was frustrating, but the staff more than made up for it when I knocked my coffee over onto the floor. It was more than halfway full. They cleaned it up right away and made me a new drink for free despite it being my fault that it spilled. Amazing customer service!
