Spacious, clean facility with convenient entrance/exit on Cary street

Used to be 6$ per day (early bird) and now 20$ :(

I wouldn’t park here if I were you. I left my car overnight here as I am traveling through Richmond. I had my $600 bike on a rack on my car locked onto my car. And I figured parking here would be the safe bet. Someone cut the lock and the straps of the rack and took my Giant bike. There are signs everywhere that say they have 24/7 video surveillance. However, even though I I contacted the garage management via phone, email, voicemail, Facebook and Twitter, they read my messages but did not answer. I filed a police report. Guess there’s nothing else I can do. But if you will pride yourselves with it being a secure property, at least answer the calls. Might as well have parked my car on the street.

TL;DR: bad security. Got my property stolen here. And they did not respond to it.
