I travel for work and regularly have to find a doctor's office that can see me as a new patient in a couple week's time wherever I may be staying. It's hard to find an office these days that is accepting new patients at all, let alone scheduling an appointment within a couple weeks.
Dominion Medical Associates, on Leigh Street specifically, had an opening the very next day from when I called. I was elated!
Everyone from the receptionist, to the techs, to Sheeba, the nurse practitioner whom I saw were very friendly and personable, and called me in right at my appoinment time.
I received excellent and very thorough care, including a brief interview and physical exam, followed by a routine blood workup, and to my pleasant surprise, an echocardiogram, which I had not had in many years so it was needed.
Best part was it was all in the same building and all occured in one hour! I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for great care!

As a long time patient at DMA I have always been given top-notch care by all. Dr. Jackson is the most friendly and professional Dr. i have ever been to. The Family Practice feels like family and i have been treated as family with them. From the front desk to all the nurses and staff its the same through out. Very skilled and do their jobs with understanding patient care as their goal. Five Stars well earned.

Dr. Jackson and the whole staff are remarkable great family owned practice since 1911 when if move back to VA I’d definitely bring my family here for medical advise and service
