Great parking garage. Well lit. Clean. Easy in and out.

This parking lot has an agreement with The Doorways, the hospital hospitality house across this parking lot. You are allowed a voucher that gives you a discount to park here, which can be helpful if you have a patient that cannot walk or take the shuttle to the hospital due to health concerns and need to use your own vehicle. (Especially during COVID-19 times)

The Doorways guests need to remember to pre-pay on the 3rd floor, or you can use the middle lane “Self-Pay” machine at the exit, otherwise, the ticket and voucher will not get read properly.

The lot is big, clean, and well lit, but the elevators were turned off or not working except only one at the farthest from the street. The 1st-floor pay machine was also turned off (or it's broken because it would react when I pressed the button).

Some safety concern is also there, I once witnessed a back of the pickup truck completely shattered and vandalized as I was exiting. I wanted to report but it wasn’t clear if the lot had a staff on-site. But there’s a sign that makes it clear that you shouldn’t leave any valuables inside the car. This was over the holiday weekends and it looks like this lot usually gets a lot of traffic. But considering this lot is also connected with the Marriott hotel and the Convention Center, the company should increase the patrols just in case.

All in all, great garage to park. Again, I’m grateful this lot has an agreement with The Doorways so the patients and family members can use their own cars if they need to, without too much pressure of expensive parking costs.

Horrible! After paying the self serve kiosk the ticket showing I had paid registered as "unreadable" at the exit gate. I used the call button with no response and had to call the phone number provided. After playing 20 questions the operator instructed me to push the call button again. So I did and after an eternity of ringing I was the. Confronted with more questioning by a very rude individual. The service rep kept saying she couldn't hear me due to the subpar intercom system. Much frustration and wasted time! elsewhere! Horrible service!
